The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Kom nära naturen och njut av lugnet i Uppsala-Näs. Vi har egen brygga för bad och privat grillplats precis vid sjön. Skogen är utanför trappsteget så passar bra för den som gillar långa promenader. Sjön bjuder också på bra fiske & skridskor på vintern för den intresserade. Närmsta mataffärer, restauranger, caféer & apotek finns ca 10 min bort med bil. Uppsala centrum når du på 20 minuter med bil. Vi har bussförbindelser (Buss 107) 800m härifrån som går direkt in till Uppsala på 30 min.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Sörängen är ett charmigt gammalt 1800-tals torp med modernt kök och badrum. Övriga rum har renoverats men har bevarat sin gamla charm. Öppen spis och även vedspis. Huset är beläget i anslutning till en annan fastighet där det finns får och höns. I övrigt omges huset av skog och grönområden. En mindre å att fiska i finns på ett par hundra meters avstånd. Badplats inom 5 km. Tillgång till enklare utegym, vedbastu, två fina cyklar att låna.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Kom och njut av naturen tillsammans med familjen i vårt mysiga lilla gästhus. I trädgården finns höns och kaniner. Passar bra för barnfamiljer då det finns gungor och sandlåda. Nära sjön där man kan bada och naturreservat med vacker natur. Ändå är det bara 20 min bil eller buss från centrala Uppsala. Har du med cykeln så tar det 35 min till centrum. Huset är nytt och fint med ett rymligt sov loft med fem sovplatser (en 80 cm säng och två 160 cm sängar) och en mysig tv-hörna.

Fint hus i svensk idyll. Sjöutsikt från sovrum och vardagsrum. Två dubbelsängar, en enkelsäng och en bäddsoffa för två i kontoret (mellangångsrum). Resesäng för bebis finns att ställa in vid behov. På gården bor 8 hönor, 20 unghöns och en tupp. Det bor också 5 kaniner och en katt. Med utsikt över Mälaren kan du bada i spabadet eller promenera några minuter ner till en liten strand och brygga. Koppla av i hängmattan under äppelträden. Grillplats finns på gården.
