Thank you Noelia for a great stay! We had an amazing experience at Noelia’s place. She greeted us when we arrived and explained to us the appartment. She even provided us with some chocolates and water. She was always ready to answer if we had any questions. The place was great too, equipped with everything we needed and a 2 min walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This villa is far more beautiful than the photos suggest. We had complete privacy and the views out to the sea were incredible. Alex was incredibly helpful with our check-in and any questions we had about the area. Could not recommend this villa enough and will definitely be back in the future!

Eric's house was the best accommodation since we started renting accommodations on the Costa Blanca a few months ago. Since we travel with a large dog, the fenced property was ideal. There is a dog beach within walking distance, which can be reached in a few minutes. The area is wonderfully quiet, but you definitely need a car to get to the nearest towns. The bathroom on the ground floor is newly tiled with a beautiful large walk-in shower. Mattresses in the SZ are very comfortable, the only drawback for me personally was that there was no way to darken the rooms, only thin light curtains! The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The property with its old trees offers wonderful shady places to relax and plenty of space for dogs to roam around. Eric always responded very quickly to all questions, the contact was very pleasant! All in all, staying with Eric was just the thing for us. Clear recommendation!
