Walk or take a bike ride into the town of Urbanna for shopping, dining, entertainment, museum's, marinas, farmers markets, bands on 2nd Saturdays & so much more. We are 1 mile from town center. Many surrounding towns offer wineries, events, etc.

Gather your "framily" & visit our getaway with lots of room for relaxation & enjoyment! Nestled alongside Robinson Creek, you can fish, paddleboard, or kayak right from the dock. Take advantage of the summer evenings while sitting around the fire pit listening to the live music coming from Beth Page Campgrounds. From April - November you have an amazing seafood restaurant right outside the front door. This retreat is great for rainy days too! There are games & puzzles along with foosball.

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. Built in 1891, this farmhouse has been totally renovated by a professional designer. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. We are pet friendly as any beach cottage should be and love seeing our guests and their pets enjoying the cottage. Come down the long private drive along the pasture to the little cottage perched on the banks of the river, surrounded by large oak trees. Its a simple, cozy spot with lots of outdoor spaces for spreading out.
