Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ureki Beach

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Кухня на первом этаже — настоящая деревенская сказка: красивая, уютная, душевная. Хозяин и его семья удивительно радушны и гостеприимны. Здесь мы отдохнули не только телом, но и душой, почувствовав себя как дома.

The owner lives right next to the house, so everything is easily accessible and communication is always smooth. The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you might need. There are also two dogs on the property — they completely won my husband’s heart! Overall, it’s a little oasis where you feel detached from the city hustle and embraced by nature. One day during our stay, we were even treated to a homemade pie! Everything here feels very warm and family-like. We definitely recommend it :)

Очень чисто, уютно и спокойно, а вид просто потрясающий! Отдельное спасибо Lusia - она всегда была на связи и помогала с любыми вопросами. Это идеальное место, чтобы отдохнуть от суеты и насладиться природой. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова💕

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Спасибо большое, это был отличный дом для нас, бвло все, даже одноразовые зубные щетки, было все предусмотрено хозяином. Локация просто отличная, все очень близко. 4 спальни, 3 санузла гостиная, кухня балкон. Однозначно к рекомендации.

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

Просторное, красивое жилье, оформленное со вкусом и любовью. В наличии техника: посудомоечная и стиральная машины, интернет. Шикарный вид и территория. Осенью в доме было тепло. Рекомендую исключительно при наличии машины (паркинг внутри, за воротами).

Отличный номер. Имеется всё для комфортного проживания. В номере есть сменный комплект постельного и полотенец, индивидуальные средства гигиены. Вся техника работает идеально.Хозяин очень внимательный и отзывчивый. Обязательно посоветую друзьям

Жилье соответствует описанию. Так же хозяин решает возникшие проблемы быстро. У нас поломался фен, мы сообщили об этом. В течении часа, фен нам заменили. Рекомендую данное жилье. Спасибо.

We liked the location and apartment. My only complaint was thinking there were 2 beds (based on a photo and the listing description). We stayed a month -sleeping on a sofa bed for a month was not what I expected as an older traveler. The one actual bed was decent and used by the taller of us. Other than that, everything was fine and we were generally comfortable. Caution: If you’re a light sleeper, you might be sensitive to neighbors nighttime noises. Hosts were helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Anatoliy’s flat in Batumi. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials a traveler could need. The location was perfect, with a stunning view from the balcony. Anatoliy was a fantastic host—he welcomed us personally and even brought delicious cookies by his wife Aleksandra. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

This was my second booking with Gregory, as I extended my stay - and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The flat is superb, with an incredible sea view that’s hard to beat. All the furniture is of high quality, and the sound insulation is excellent - I hardly heard a thing from the neighbours. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

A cozy apartment right next to the sea. Everything looked exactly like in the photos — even the decorative rocks and plants — which made for a great first impression. The space was clean, and it included all the basics. After two days the 45th-floor height felt manageable. There's a small drying rack on the balcony as well, which is a nice touch. Three key things to know before booking: 1. The refrigerator is compact, so it’s not ideal for storing a lot of food — but it’s perfectly fine for a short stay. 2. Cleaning service is available for 60 GEL per visit, and if you're staying more than a week, you get one free cleaning included. 3. The elevators. Sometimes you’ll get up to your apartment in just a couple of minutes. Other times — especially in the afternoon when there are more tourists — you might end up waiting 15–30 minutes.

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

Just wow !!! What a cute apartment la has made .. she has taken care of every small detail which a guest would need to stay in a new place for long term .. starting from well furnished Kitchen to well equipped bathroom. The studio room is big with a big sitting area , and decent sized kitchen and good sized bedroom. Cleanliness was top notch , interior was super cute and plus the bath tub was a star point. coming to la!! What a sweet lady she is , genuinely interested in giving a good experience to the guests. We had asked for some extra time to keep our luggage as our train back was in the late evening. La was very accommodating enough to allow us and inspite of we being late by an hour due to some last min issues she was patient enough. Love from India ❤️

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view. Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
