Monthly Rentals in Uria

We were in the area for 3 days researching our Southern Italian family roots. From the location close to the tiny towns in the mountains to the sea, it was perfectly situated between both. There was coffee and goodies for a light breakfast - and a nice balcony porch to enjoy the morning and evenings. We definitely will stay here on any future visits.

Raffaele has always been available with confidentiality, he has always written to me if I needed anything, the house has been recently renovated, it was clean and cared for, he provided me with breakfast products, coffee and aperitif and other useful things for the stay, it is very spacious and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the Gulf of Catanzaro Lido, he gave me many tips on places and where to eat great food, the place is also very quiet and peaceful and there are no problems for parking.... I will definitely keep it in mind if I have to come back... I highly recommend it to everyone.

Second stay in a short time for work. And little can be added to that, it is not usually repeated if one has not been comfortable. Luigi is always making sure you're comfortable, and he responds very quickly at any time. The apartment is cozy, very new and with all the necessary amenities whether it is for a short stay or a long one.
