A large covered jacuzzi to enjoy in all weather, an outdoor shower and a hidden sauna near the stream. A large terrace with fire pit/bbq overlooks the pond where you can take a boat ride. 45 minutes from the landing beaches.

Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!
