Dear guests, welcome to the sunny island of Usedom in Swinemünde. We offer you a newly renovated apartment with 54 sqm and fantastic views of the harbor basin. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with underground parking for your car and an elevator. It has a bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower bath and washing machine. We rent out the whole year. We would be very happy about a visit from them.

Camping on the pony farm

Small cozy caravan site with 4 parking spaces directly on a horse paddock on the pony farm. Forest and water close by, here you can relax, watch the horses grazing or simply listen to the birdsong. Dogs and horses are welcome to bring along. On the farm there is a gym, which is accessible free of charge for guests. There is also a sanitary container and a barrel sauna. Bed linen/pillows/blankets are available for an extra charge of €10 per person.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

Our approximately 5000 square meter, lovingly maintained, orchard meadow is located on the outskirts of town and therefore you can wonderfully relax here and observe numerous birds. Here the fox and rabbit really say good night and in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong. On hot summer days you can enjoy shade under a beautiful canopy. Various seating, a grill, smoker and a fire pit are also provided.

It is only 30 minutes to the Szczecin Lagoon, the small Baltic Sea and to Szczecin. 15 minutes to the lake!
