Centrally located between the Harz and Weser rivers, Göttingen and Solling, ideal for hiking, cycling or motorcycling, or simply relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the view of the pond. Living in the old village center with a cozy half-timbered atmosphere, wooden floors, and wooden ceilings. There is a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering guests. For everyone else, there is a bakery/coffee shop and a restaurant available in the village.

Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.
