Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Utah

Guy's place in Kanab was a perfect landing place after our days out on the trails and volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society. It's within a few minutes drive of the center of town, has nice walking trails nearby (short drive or 20 minute walk to trailhead), and Guy was a friendly and responsive host. The games cabinet and closet "library" were added bonuses. Thanks Guy!

Great location! Beautiful spacious home. Close to everything. The beds were very comfortable which makes a difference in a family trip. We went to Bryce and Zion and had an amazing time. Kanab also had a lot to offer. Did the UTV tour of Peek A Boo and Great Chamber and loved it. Definitely recommend staying here.

The house was wonderful, spacious, with plenty of rooms and more than enough beds for everyone. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked with lots of amenities. We loved the ping pong table and arcade games, and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The backyard had a cute basketball court and a cozy fireplace. Clayton was super responsive and gave us clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The neighborhood felt a little unfamiliar at first, but we felt safe during our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic place with tons of great amenities. Would totally stay here again!

This place was great for what we needed. Lots of beds to accommodate a basketball team and chaperones. Carole was very kind and responsive. The place was clean and surroundings were peaceful. A little trouble with the trash compactor, but Carole was great to work with and resolved it for us. We’d stay there again. Superb host!

We went with our family ( 3 teens and my husband and I) to explore national parks, state parks and other sites of southern Utah over spring break. House was spacious for 5 of us. Really nice town of Kanab. Great home base for our daily excursions. Loved the view of nearby hills. Very quiet street that my boys used to throw a baseball around. They also loved the ping pong table and the piano. The kitchen was stocked not just with utensils and dishes but some basic spices, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil, etc. the washer and dryer was also great since hiking on trails and in rivers was sometimes messy and great to be able to clean up ( and pack lighter). We.had a great time and this place really felt like a home away from home. On a side note-Our kids are bigger now but remembered traveling with younger kids- there was a lot available for little kids (baby equipment, unbreakable dishes/cups, kids books, kids movies, games, toys, craft supplies).

Quiet neighborhood. Loved hearing the birds sing. Very comfortable furnishings.

The home was super clean, beautifully decorated & had everything one might need and more! Kids LOVED the gaming system and bunk beds! Master bed was extremely comfortable and pillows were perfectly soft and supportive. Hosts were so sweet and welcoming and provided more than most hosts do (extra trash bags, laundry pods, towels, etc.)! Will stay here next time we visit.

This was a great in between location for our National Parks trip to both Bryce & Zion. The town of Kanab is very cute too. The house was very clean. Appreciated the details and the hot tub. We wish we had more time to take advantage of the hikes listed in the binder - this was a nice touch. We did take a UTV tour with ROAM and were very appreciative of the recommendation. Great time and great place!

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay! The space felt so cozy and peaceful—it really felt like a little home away from home. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet, which made it even more relaxing. Irene went above and beyond by sending me some personal items I accidentally left behind, and I truly appreciate her kindness. She also checked in during our stay, which made us feel really cared for. She’s a wonderful and thoughtful hostess. Thank you again!

Lucy's place was perfect for our road trip. We had spent the day in Zion and were headed to Bryce Canyon next. Staying at Lucy's gave us the opportunity to enjoy the Carmel tunnel and scenic drive east of Zion while giving us a head start on our drive to Bryce Canyon the following day. Lucy gave us the recommendations we asked for which were extremely helpful. There are a few food places (1-2 restaurants and 2-3 coffee shops) in the area but not extensive options. We grabbed some made to heat dinners at the market in Springdale/Zion and used the microwave at the Airbnb for an easy and more affordable meal.

Communication was great and the property was easy to navigate. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Directions were thorough and check in was easy. We had everything we needed for our stay. The room was comfortable and cozy. Laura and Steve made sure to have the room cooled down before our arrival. The water pressure in the shower was great. The king sized bed was perfect. The neighborhood was quite and we got a good night's rest. It was the perfect place to recoup after having our adventures in Zion.

Great little place. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out back and watching the horses! Convenient location near town and grocery store. We had a great time.

Awesome place. You can tell the owner cares about their rental unit and wants it to be as good as it can be. We had an issue with the coffee maker and the owner took care of it right away. Wish we could have stayed more than 2 nights. Strongly recommend staying at the peach suite. It is a peach of a place.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Kori’s townhome! The house is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly thoughtful in making sure we were comfortable throughout. The location is perfect—situated in a calm, peaceful community with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay ! They had lots of small amenities and even really thoughtful ones like a to go coffee station. The toilets were really nice with a bidet! To the point our son asked if Santa Claus could bring him one of the toilets next year for Christmas ! One thing to note is the twin beds are Murphy beds that are in the same room as the master. This worked okay for us with family but may be hard to tell from photos. Great hosts ! Great place!

Andy went above and beyond for us! He was very accommodating and replied quickly. Andy saved the day for my friends and I on a a ski trip when our prior plans had fallen through! I highly recommend this cozy cabin vibe and beautiful mountains near by. Lots of board games and a hot tub near by as well!

This is our “ Go Too “ spot! EVERY! TIME! It’s perfect. Perfect price!!! Perfect location Perfect size. ( for us 2 people but can sleep at least 4 ) Perfectly clean Perfect pool! ( our favorite part about this place is an adults only pool that is NEVER crowded ) Perfect landscape ( property has mature trees that offer lots of shade from the hot weather ) Perfectly Beautiful ( grounds have roses EVERYWHERE so while your relaxing on the terrace you are engulfed by the smell of roses ❤️ ) Perfectly located. ( approx. 10 min at most! From everything) Perfectly Quiet We love this place we have stayed here several times. only wish is that we could check in earlier, instead of 4pm. Other than that…… ITS PERFECT!

Had a fantastic time at this place. From The moment we booked Patty was super communicative making sure we had everything we needed covered for a wonderful trip. The location is perfect. A minute from door to trail, ice skating, apre ski bars, bus stop. The condo is super with all amenities and the kids loved the loft/bunk beds with a great view.

We had a terrific trip to Park City / Canyons and we could not have asked for a more perfect location - less than 2 minutes by foot from Canyons base. The room was cozy, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed; the gym and common spaces were excellent. And the staff were helpful and kind. The host was responsive and incredibly helpful. We’d stay here again in a minute! Thank you!
