Cottage holiday rentals in Utah

Our stay was amazing! The kids loved the wide open space the property had to offer. Beautiful scenery, as well as lots to do. The creek management was very responsive and my concerns and I would highly recommend to anyone else we have this property in mind for our next visit!

What a beautiful place to stay. Right next to the hustle and bustle of Moab but surprisingly didn’t hear much of it. Including all the truck that go by. If you are looking for a quiet Paul place in Moab, but also next to everything. This place is amazing. We will be coming back for sure.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one is in the top 1% for sure. So cute & comfortable, nice amenities, super close to the adorable town with lots of food options, and a beautiful view of pasture and horses outside. Will stay again if we’re in the area!

Great place an hour from pretty much every national park in the area

The size was small, as described, but in a perfect location for our travels. We really appreciated the hosts binder full of local sights and went to a couple of them.

Beautiful and cozy home and great for our family of four! The house was clean and well taken care of. We had one small issue and the hosts took care of it for us. We were able to do both Zion and Bryce from here. Each park was about an hour drive each way but the drives were beautiful! Would gladly stay here again!

Great place. The home was spacious with nice outdoor areas, and very charming. The location was perfect, with easy access to the university and downtown. The host was friendly and responsive, and generous with providing snacks, coffee, and all other items needed for the stay. I hope to be back soon!

This is a charming little cottage. Super clean, comfortable beds and pillows. It was just right for our sister's reunion. The host was very good checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the privacy we had there. Just a great place to stay!

This Airbnb is one of the most coziest unique structures. I have ever been in. What Mr. Todd did with the inside? And the outside, it's very creative The door with the dining room table that you can see out with the scenery. It's truly amazing concept. Such tranquility, the views are breathtaking. I would recommend this to everybody, and I can't wait to go back.

We stay in a lot of AirBnBs, and this may have been our favorite to date — just based on the cleanliness alone! The place was spotless! It’s honestly the first time we stayed in an AirBnB and felt it was adequately cleaned. We were so happy to have found this place. It was a much needed bright spot in a long road trip that included several disappointing stays at other properties along the way. They even left little cookies for our dog! It’s a great find and we would definitely recommend it!

Nice place. Everything listed was available to use. Has an amazing view even seen some wildlife. I stayed to visit the MOAB. Will visit again.

We stayed one night at Zion Village Plaza North and enjoyed the closeness to the park and shuttle line and the walkable downtown. The gardens and rooftop patio were gorgeous. I was missing my green yard and birds at home and it was an oasis back there!

Paula's house is immaculate and so cozy. Felt like home. Beautiful view of mountains and within walking distance of several nice restaurants..Easy walk to a grocery store. Very convenient location!

Comfortable, clean and quiet. The backyard was so peaceful! We wished there were some comfy chairs out there to enjoy it in the evenings!

It was exactly what we were looking for as a family of 6.

We had such a wonderful time. Great spot to just get away and relax for a few days. The kids wished we never had to leave! I will definitely be reaching out to Ryan again in the future for another little get away!!

Great Airbnb, located at the half-way point between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon (about ~1 hour to each visitor center). The location was really peaceful and Mercy was a great host; she turned on the heat before we got there. Lots of condiments and spices in the fridge and cabinets. Definitely recommend!

A old but well furnished home. Can easily sleep 9. Connie communicated well and was very helpful. Fully loaded kitchen and 3 expansive bedrooms.

place was excellent - perfect home base for hikers wanting to explore the major parks in the area. Peaceful, quiet, and 5 min from one of the most beautiful hikes - Water Canyon. Small town of Hildale has a little coffee shop, brewery and a big grocery store as well. Hosts we're friendly and let us extend checkout time. A+

This place is an absolute gem. It's perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young children. So quiet at night and so easy to get to and so cozy to stay in...we felt right at home. The hosts might be the best part as they are proactive and so helpful with everything especially "local knowledge". We hope to return as often as possible in the years to come.

We loved staying at this cottage! It was so much better in person - very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated - we loved the vintage touches. We were with our 3 year old who loved to play in the grassy area downstairs. We also walked to coffee and dinner everyday, as it was very close to town. It is about 45 min from Zion and 10 min to Snow Valley Park, where we hiked both. Also close to the Junction Park which our son loved! This is a great place to stay in the area and we would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in this adorable vintage home. It had so much charm and character. The peaceful, secluded yard was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. A much-needed and memorable getaway. We would love to go back.
