Waterfront holiday rentals in Utah

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bill's place. This is our second time we rented the apartment. The place is spacious, without any clutter. The kitchen is very well equipped (a lot of knifes, cookware, even grinder and electric mixer, spices, tea, coffee, creamer,....), clean, very functional and homy. We appreciated that the temperature in the apartment can be easily adjusted to suit guest's preferences. A bonus is a covered parking place next to the apartment. The description and the photos match exactly the real experience in this place. I would add that there is a great view of the mountains from the dining table or the balcony. The neighborhood is very quite. Internet is fast and it is very comfortable to work here. The access to Alta/Snowbird ski resort is straightforward. Bill is a great host, not intrusive but he responds very fast to any guest's needs or questions. We had a great experience and we are planning to return next year.

Well located between Zion and Bryce Canyon parks. Very responsive host and very attentive to our heeds. Accommodations are relatively rustic but were adequate for what we needed.

Highly recommend this place. Words can’t describe how incredible the sights are. The home is clean and peaceful home with super kind hosts. Can’t beat it. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The views were jaw dropping. Thank you so much creating this „heaven on earth” vibe.

Brianna’s Airbnb was a peaceful getaway with amazing views. First time in Brian head and we definitely will be back during ski season. We visited in late spring and the location was perfect for our drives across Utah visiting multiple national parks.

Eric’s communication was great and really appreciated when we had a small issue, he was right on top of it and took care of it.

The place was nice and clean, about 20minutes from Zion. We only used the place to sleep to bath so we didn’t really need any of the other amenities. The place is small but we didn’t need anything else and there is a decent size patio. It’s at the end of a street so it’s private and felt very safe. We had a lot of our camping stuff in the car and didn’t feel worried of any of it going missing.

Favorite place I’ve stayed at and Bear Lake. Within five minutes of almost everything. Mykol was very responsive and respectful. The place was beautiful. I also enjoyed that it was away from the Moore hotel area and on the top floor. No noise heard.

Perfect house with the perfect hosts! This was our second time here and it did not disappointed. Loves being on the water all day kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and fishing. Came for my son’s birthday again. It is so nice to be able to make meals and see your kids or if your rods are getting bites. We stayed almost 2 weeks and I still wish we could have stayed longer. I have never had a host reach out and let me know we could check in early without asking but Rob did. That started our vacation off right! Has everything you need plus some. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your amazing home. We love it.

My 3rd time staying here—this time with my 80 year old parents. This thoughtfully and artistically crafted space and landscape was perfect for all three stays. Handmade fiber art, paintings and collage are featured throughout the home. Large windows framed in natural wood bring in the 360 degree view of the Virgin landscape. If you sleep on the pullout sofa on the lower level, you fall asleep viewing a million stars in the night sky! Sunrise and sunset are also spectacular. Just outside the door (no steps to climb from parking place to door) you can walk down a path to the Virgin River and along the way see lizards, quail, an apricot tree, cacti, hummingbirds, rabbits, and desert flora. The little neighborhood is also walkable. Walking sticks are provided as is a sweet dog you can walk if you’d like. Excellent coffee available about 15 minutes away in Laverkin at River Rock Roaster’s drive thru (pizza, salads, baked goods and sandwiches are at the main location. The hosts are FANTASTIC

My family enjoyed our stay with Scotie! The home is beautiful and was exactly as described and shown in the post. The house is immaculately clean! The beds were very comfortable and we slept so good. The location is easy to find, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, plus close to main highway. St. George offers plenty of restaurant options, so this was the perfect stay for our family trip to visit Zion National Park. Aside from the great location, our host Scotie was very proactive in sending us messages for check-in as well as responsive to any of our questions. We definitely recommend this home for your family’s trip! Thank you Scotie for the hospitality, we would absolutely stay again! ☺️

The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The community pool was right behind the house and was so fun to play at. The locals were friendly and gave us some good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb.

We were coming to Lehi for a wedding. Family from WA and OH. After long travel days, this place was cozy and in a beautiful neighborhood! We had plenty of space. The pool was in walking distance. Pickleball courts and playgrounds were also in walking distance! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

The house is wonderful! Beautiful views, well equipped kitchen, & plenty of room to spread out. The pictures don’t do the house justice! We all enjoyed being by the beautiful water and our kids loved paddle boarding & kayaking. The entire property is extremely peaceful. It was fun to watch the goose family (although the goose mess did make the swimming dock unusable, but I don’t think there much you can do about that!) We also enjoyed visits from 2 sweet dogs from down the road. Great place to stay & we would easily stay again!

This stay was nothing short of amazing. I rented out both of her houses for my wedding weekend and it was AMAZING. Honestly, I can’t lie. I should have been removed from one as too many people showed up and it got loud. She was so kind in her message which I would have not been. Book this house! But follow the rules. ❤️

We had a lovely stay. This condo is warm and cozy with excellent decor. The place was clean and well appointed. The view was spectacular and the walking out back was very nice.

Just left Phoebe’s condo after a two night stay and it was awesome! Our family of 4 came up to Brian Head for the sole purpose of skiing and the location was right next to Giant Steps (not technically ski in / ski out but you could walk down in your gear, we chose to just do the 2 minute drive over to the parking lot because the walk would have been a lot for our kids in their ski boots and carrying their poles and skis). Phoebe’s place was clean and had everything we needed and her check in and check out instructions were very clear. You can tell this is an older building but she has done a great job with updates and decor. I highly recommend this place!

Definitely would stay here again. Went for snowboarding trip but might consider this place for a summer trip too!

This was a really fantastic stay. The condo is very close to the lagoon and pickleball courts, where we spent most of our time. My only complaint is the 4 pm check in didn't really give us much time on the day of arrival to enjoy the amenities, but I knew that going in so nothing against the hosts. Just something to be aware of.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. The hot tub did not work the first 2 nights but our hostess JoNell tried everything to fix it and compensated us for it not working. It is located next to town so we ordered pizza the first night and went to the Shooting Star the next day. We also visited a local distillery. We were very pleased and will be staying again. Thank you JoNell! 😊

Sarah is an amazing host. She is extremely responsive, big hearted and above all very flexible. I have no words to describe how amazing the condo is- squeaky clean, well equipped, has toys, lots of board games, books for you and your kids to read, entertainment, sledges and many more stuff for indoor and outdoor activities. Everything is in available at the place- toiletries(except tooth brush and paste),towels, tissues, floor mats, hot water, heaters, TV (with prime and Netflix subscription- I'm not kidding),tissue rolls, comforters and a full fledged kitchen , all you got to do is bring groceries. The stay feels very safe and peaceful. The condo 's views are amazing too! It's front faces mountains and a beautiful lake where you can take a stroll and has a play area for kids and swings for adults too. The snow on the mountains was still visible. Stayed here in the last week of May and this place was such a great place to escape the heat. Will definitely come back.
