Cozy house for 4. 2 double beds. Sheets, covers, and pillows are available. 4 bath towels are available to borrow. Shower/toilet, kitchen. Most things are available, but not a washing machine. Approx. 20 minutes by bus to Gothenburg city. 400 meters to Kvibergs Park, where both Partille cup and Gothia cup play many of their matches. We would like to rent to families and couples. The lounge furniture outside the A-frame house is included, but not the outdoor kitchen and the sunbed. Smoking-free, no pets. We do not allow parties or loud music

Private guest WiFi is included as well as TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen's shopping street with various shops and a number of restaurants. At about the same time, you can get to the bus stop for onward travel to Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about SEK 150-300

The nearest bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. In the house, there are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed (i.e. you can accommodate 5 adults). 2 toilets, 1 of which is a bathroom. Lovely sunny garden with large terrace. Let me know if you have any questions! Guests will bring their own sheets and towels. Guests clean the house before checking out.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
