It has a newly renovated bathroom, fresh kitchen, open living room, and three bedroom. Leafy plot with two patios, trampoline and charcoal grill.

In 5 minutes walk you are at Kviberg sports complex. However, the proximity to the tram brings squeaky, part of the Gothenburg charm ;) 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Sun from morning to night. Patio on both front and back side. To access the grill. If more beds are desired, your own mattresses can be brought.

In 10 minutes on foot, you can get to cozy Eriksberg with its restaurants and beach promenade. Good connections with public transport are nearby. From Eriksberg, you can take a boat or bus to the city center in about 15 minutes. Free parking outside the house is included for one car!

It is 5 min walk to the bus stop that takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for self check-in if desired!
