Nice apartment with its own entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Just outside the door is a small patio with nice views of the valley down towards Sävedalen. Private guest wifi is included as well as a TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen shopping street with various shops and several restaurants. At about the same time, you can reach the bus stop for further travel towards Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about 150-300 SEK

Welcome to this 30's villa with charming plot. You rent the ground floor with open plan and private entrance from the common hall. Separate shower on basement level. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream cafe, market hall and grocery stores. Proximity to Härlanda pond for a swim or a exercise round. You can easily get to central Gothenburg in ten minutes from the bus stop a couple of meters from the house. You park for free on the street and for the quick bike trail goes both to town and out towards charming Jonsered!

Cozy house for 4. 2 double beds. A double bed is placed on the loft. Sheets, covers, and pillows are available. 4 Bath towels are available to borrow. Shower/toilet, kitchen. Most things are available, but not a washing machine. About 20 minutes by bus to Gothenburg city. 300-400 meters to Kvibergs park where both Partille cup and Gothia cup play many of their matches. We want to rent to family and couples. Access to Lounge furniture just outside the house. Non-smoking and no pets. We do not allow party.

Huset ligget mycket nära Kviberg där många matcher i Gothia cup spelas och Partille där Partille cup hålls. Vid Kviberg finns även längdskidåkning, klättergym och beachvolleybollsplan. Precis intill huset finns en innergård med lekplats för barnen. Nära huset finns busshållplats där buss in till centralstationen går på 17 min utan byte och med bil tar det max 10 min.

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.
