BnB Grietstraat is situated near the center of Utrecht. Our characteristic house is located in a qiuet area. Your apppartment is in the basement of our house. Cool in summer, comfortable warm when it is cold. We run our BnB since 2002. You have one sleep/livingroom with two single beds, your own bathroom with bath/shower and wc. Refrigerator and microwave are available. In the room is a television and free internet (LAN and WLAN). Placing an extra bed in the room is possible. Everything you need is included, bed linen and towels. The price is including breakfast, which you can use in your own room. In the neighbourhood are several supermarkets, take-away, café's and restaurants. The house is situated near the Griftpark,an open, green area with a restaurant and several playgrounds. Also you can use our garden. BnB is easy to reach by car and public transport. (indoor parkingplace is in the neigbourhood)

Ontbijt wanneer het jou uitkomt! Voor aankomst vullen we je koelkast met een heerlijk ontbijt. Verse ingrediënten, fruit of yoghurt staan voor je klaar. Je hoeft alleen nog even de broodjes af te bakken terwijl je van je koffie geniet! Neem nog een heerlijke duik in het zwembad voor je uitcheckt.

Deze staan tot 22.30u privé tot jullie beschikking. Dit is incl. gebruik badjas, handdoek, slippers. Seksuele intimiteiten in de jacuzzi zijn uitdrukkelijk niet toegestaan! Er is een extra lang hemelbed van 2.10 m, koelkast, oven, wokpan, airco, toilet, douche, privé tuin met overdekt terras, incl. zitje en eigen ingang.

This neat double room with private toilet and bathroom has its own entrance. Breakfast is included. There is no cooking facility, but you can make coffee or tea. There is a refrigerator. You can rent bikes within a 5-minute walk. I need to know this at least two days in advance. The train station is a 15-minute walk. The trains run directly to Utrecht, Amsterdam and Zwolle. Supermarket and restaurants are a 5-minute walk. Ikea is a 10-minute walk.
