It's the whole top floor of our characteristic, monumental house dating from 1475 and it has a great view over the canal from the living room. You can use the peaceful terrace next to the canal for your breakfast or drinks. You will love this special medieval place, so typical of Utrecht! It is the perfect home away from home.

Cozy 1930s groundfloor apartment of 55 m2. with spacious patio. Living- and diningroom with slidingdoors. Small but cozy bedroom (bed 140x200 cm.) with an extra TV. When you book for three persons, I’ll install a foldingbed in the front room (diningroom). No parties, loud music, visitors or smoking inside. And sorry, I ONLY accept reservations from guests with at least three positive reviews from prior hosts. Please don’t make the reservation if you don’t have any. I will not accept it.

Beautifully located in the countryside along the river Kromme Mijdrecht: excellent swimming water accessible via a private jetty. Great area for walking and cycling. Very centrally located, driving distance to the airport is 20 minutes, to Amsterdam is 30 minutes and to The Hague, Rotterdam , Utrecht or Zandvoort beach is only 45 minutes. Spacious condo in residential area (6 guests)

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

Modern & Stylish Apartment in the Heart of Utrecht

This modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is close to everything. 1-minute walk to the Neude square, 8-minutes walk from the central station. and literally all the luxury you need. Canals, shopping, and restaurants are all within minutes of walking. I replaced the desk in the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds but I need to update the photo’s. This apartment is perfect for when you want to visit Utrecht city center with a maximum of 4 people.
