Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

We built the wooden house ourselves in 2019 with used materials. The house can accommodate 4 people, the kitchen diner has a cozy dining table and comfortable seating area. The living room has a beautiful glass roof that provides a beautiful light exposure. - Kitchen equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and oven. The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor, next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be reached with a short staircase on the 1st floor

An atmospheric suite with a free entrance, where the hayloft was once of this 1878 farmhouse. The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.

Bohemian Farmhouse. Unique and full of character

Bohemian Farmhouse is not a standard holiday home. It feels like staying in a private museum, filled with art, objects and atmosphere. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.
