The loft studio is located on the mezzanine floor of a Renaissance palace in the heart of Biberach's historic old town in the immediate vicinity of the market place. The open-plan concept includes a living and sleeping area as well as a small kitchen with a dining area overlooking the quiet, green backyard. A modern daylight bathroom with walk-in shower blends into the old building with industrial elegance. A cozy seating area with a mid-century couch and armchairs invites you to linger and read. The spacious double bed offers enough space for 2 people to sleep in. An expansive mural by British-Swiss artist Clare Kenny gives the room an additional individual touch. The fenced front garden of the house can also be used.

The two-story accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved. So you can go back in time and still enjoy the modern comforts of the present.

The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.
