Beachfront holiday rental in Faralya

We stayed at Huma’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for our annual family get together, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms or other moldy villas in the area. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel and some other villa’s in Kalkan that we had stayed in previous years. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with everyone on the rooftop deck, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and spectacular 360 degree views.. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. Yet easily walkable to the many beach clubs, markets and waterfront restaurants nearby. Huma communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn't have asked for a better experience! A five star experience all the way.

Of course, here is the more organized and fluent version: --- I have stayed in Kaş many times before, but this is the first time I have chosen this area and frankly, I am much more satisfied. You can reach the center in a short time, such as 5-10 minutes, by car; in this way, you can easily visit the center and stay in a peaceful location away from the crowd. Having a parking lot is also a great advantage, you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. Everything you might need in the house has been thought of and the garden is really wonderful. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

It was a very pleasant stay. We had the opportunity to have a holiday in the most beautiful part of Kalkan. Mr. Özer helped in every matter. All kinds of equipment that may be needed in the residence are available. There is a market near the site. At Patara Resort, a minibus departs every 15 minutes from the site stop at the entrance to the pool and beach. The pool and its own beach are clean and beautiful. We dived with snorkel from time to time and enjoyed it very much. There is sea water in the pool. We also had a good time in the pool. If possible, we will prefer to stay here again in the future.

Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

Mr. Mustafa is a wonderful host, thank you for everything. If you happen to be in Kalkan, I would definitely recommend staying at Mustafa's house.

We were incredibly happy as a family. They are very sincere and decent people in every respect. Mr. Şafak and his father Mr. Şaban are very hospitable and very helpful in everything, I felt like I was in my own home. I will go again as soon as possible. Our host Mehmet and Ibrahim were great! I have 2 small kids, this place was amazing for families. They arranged my transfers from the airport and from this place to city center in Fethiye couple times. Every time we needed something done at the home, Ibrahim was very responsive and took care of it right away. It is walking distance to boardwalk, many restaurants/bars, groceries. It was super convenient to have a market and restaurant within the community! We loved the private beach for the community as well as all 7 bigger pools. The pool in the house was a salt water which was a winner for us! I recommend this place for anyone! It had everything my family and kids needed!

Absolutely beautiful villa to stay at, especially perfect with a group. The sea platform is genuinely heavenly. Only recommendation I have is that the house wasn’t stocked with dishwashing tablets, bin bags, and no additional rolls of toilet paper - it would be great if these things could be included as we had to go and buy them at the market! Definitely wholeheartedly recommend this villa :)

We had the most delightful stay at Goenuel's amazing accommodation. The interior was so stylish and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a very pleasant one. As we had a car, it was not a problem to be outside of the main town area, we did enjoy exploring many of her restaurant suggestions when we did venture out. Yılmaz's place was stunning, The decor was great and modern, everything was clean and ready to use. Everything was as described if not more impressive in person. Yılmaz was a wonderful host, helping us check in, and showed us around. He provided local recommendations, and any issues we had he was proactive in resolving. The place is very comfortable and the owner was very kind and welcoming. It was very far away from the city center for walking however it was a quiet place to stay. the price is convenient for the service and the goods but breakfast is not included the price.

The best stay!!! Villa is magnificent, the view is crazy cool (seating on terrace with wine watching sunsets, Kalkan, rocks and sea - unbelievable!). Villa is clean, amazing view from each room, interior is very authentic in noble Turkish style. The resort around villa is gorgeous (orange trees, rocks, restaurants - amazing!) The supermarket is nearby so you could cook fresh feta salad or order fresh bread and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. The way to Kalkan is a short beautiful walk! Recommended!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

Olcay is a Super host. Very responsive to every inquiry. Great location. One of the best coastal areas for swimming or diving. Olcay’s 2 story house is very spacious, very comfortable and very clean. Equipped with all necessary gadgets. As a bonus, it is close to a market which is only 5 minutes on foot. The resort itself is very well kept. It offers a ring service to and from the seaside for those who prefer not to walk or take several steps uphill. The personal at the resort and even the neighbors are very friendly and eager to help. Great location if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. I will definitely return to this special place.

Arife and Oliver were great hosts, gave us great recommendations and were very helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable week here. Lots of shops and restaurants in Kayakoy which was easy to reach on foot. Beaches and Fethiye just a short drive away.

Lovely location to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Quiet, only roosters make noise. Great, clean pool. The house has everything you need and even more. There is a wild beach nearby. It is very difficult to get to, you need to climb the mountain, but it's worth it. Beautiful, clean and gorgeous views. If you are without a car, this is not for you. Between October 1-6, my wife and I stayed in the villa police station. The location of the villa is 10 minutes by car and the market and the food places are 5 minutes away by car. The villa was generally beautiful, and it was a pleasant holiday for us with a hot tub with a pool. The pool is completely sheltered, but the pool area can be seen from the road, and it would be nice if some areas could be closed outdoors. Since the road was not used much, we were able to be comfortable. Although the pool was a click cold, we could swim, but if there was heating, I could say it was perfect:) The villa is very beautifully designed, the game room is beautifully thought out. Thank you very much for your interest in Mr. Mehmet. It was quick to resolve every issue. We had a smooth holiday, we recommend it.

Brilliant place and location was super. Walking distance to everything and regular buses directly into fethiye centre but shops and restaurants were basically on our doorstep. Place was spotless. A little difficult to find as looks like it’s an abandoned area almost but once inside the gate everything was perfect. One or two things could have been better - very little basic stuff that you would assume would be there such as toilet paper, were not supplied. It was no issue. Also we turned the motor off for the pool as being April the weather was nice but not hot so the pool felt freezing with new water keep regenerating. Instead of communicating with us that we shouldn’t do such and ask to turn it back on, we woke up to it being on and a hose being pulled around and a rake etc. I have no issues with this but I personally think communication would have been better and if we had kids up early, a random man in the garden might have scared them. Overall, regardless very good though

We had a lovely, restful stay here. The place was comfortable and very clean and had most things you need to be self sufficient. It was quiet and relaxing watching boats and dolphins during the day but we were a bit surprised at how loud the music was every evening - the nearby hotel had loud but pleasant music which was mixed with thumping night club music from across the nearby mainland. Whilst this wasn’t Şahin or Nurcan’s fault it did impact on our stay and our sleep! We were also surprised at how expensive it was to go across to to Fethiye - Şahin was really kind and took us in his little boat whenever we needed but it cost £12 per journey so £24 for a round trip which was starting to eat into our holiday fund. We felt it was a little unfair to have to pay for the initial trip to get us to the Air B&B as we couldn’t get there any other way!!! Anyway Şahin and Nurcan were both very hospitable and friendly and generally we had a great time relaxing on the wonderful terrace - with a
