The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super nice, very clean and in a great location. The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Suzana's vacation home! The house is located in a very quiet area – perfect for relaxing. The large pool is a real highlight, as is the fantastic view of the surroundings. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired – everything has really been thought of. We would especially like to highlight the cleanliness and the great and loving communication with Miranda (lady on site, who does the key handover and who you can ask anything at any time) The only minor "critique": the grill is a bit small – which is perhaps good to know for grill fans. There are shopping facilities in the village or about 20 minutes away (Plodine, Spar, Konzum, etc.). The sea is also only about 20 minutes away by car. Overall, absolutely recommended - we will definitely come back!

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

there were four of us with a dog at the villa! a beautiful house with unheated, very clean pool! the garden is huge and fenced. Perfect for the four-legged friend! private parking with electric courtyard gate! Pure luxury! Very comfortable beds! the apartment was incredibly clean! no dust, nothing! cleaner than most hotels, even some 5 star houses are "dirty" if you want to call it that in this class! But the decor is definitely worth 5 stars. Very new, well-designed & sparkling clean Martina is almost always available and very friendly! She speaks good, understandable English and organizes contactless without her own presence! very pleasant if you don't know exactly when you will arrive! all interesting cities of Istria can be reached in half an hour, there are many supermarkets in 10 minutes by car! we will definitely be back! probably if it's a little warmer so you can get better in the pool too!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing holiday! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. The communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in the small Casa of Ingrid and Daniele. Both are always very friendly and open to questions. We enjoyed the location, really a small private place with wonderful views, pleasant loungers on the property, and the bay for swimming in front of the door. There are also many opportunities for short hikes around the bays, on the Premantura (by car), good restaurants and a beach bar, which are also within walking distance, and Pula for sightseeing just a few kilometers away. A great place for us to relax!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Nice apartment separate from main house with holiday apartments. Not super airy because it’s on the ground floor but totally ok for a few nights and you have a lovely private terrace. Liked the German 80s charm. City beach and old town of Porec in walking distance. Good communication and helpful host (didn’t meet Branko but his wife).

The house is nicely located on a hill. You can walk along the water to the old town in fifteen minutes. A nice walk that won't get bored. The cottage is very complete and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Great beds. Mladen is a nice and customer-friendly host. Thanks for the refreshing welcome drink!

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. The accommodation is easy to reach and there are super many opportunities to do things around the place. There is plenty of variety from the aquapark to the high ropes course and many beautiful beaches. Irene's house is very modern and super equipped, nothing is missing! The communication was easy and very friendly! We recommend both Irene as a host and the house in Vabriga. Thank you for our beautiful family holiday with you.

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions.
