Relax in this pleasant and beautifully decorated accommodation. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for two people. This studio apartment has everything you need for your vacation. It is located in the city center, but in a side street. It is very peaceful and quiet, and yet just a few steps away from shops, the market, and a bakery. The beach, port and restaurants are also nearby. Everything is within walking distance, so you don't need a car at all. You can park your car in a private parking lot inside the enclosed yard.

We are only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the trail of 7 waterfalls 15 minutes.
