Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

Super komfortowy domek blisko plaży, ale przy 6 osobach trzeba mocno ograniczyć ilość bagaży, bo miejsca będzie wtedy bardzo mało. Plusy: - bardzo wygodne łóżka! Niespotykane 🙂 - ekspres do kawy na wyposażeniu - plaża 80m od domku - 2 łazienki, w tym jedna ze sporym prysznicem - moskitiery w oknach - 2 leżaki - duży stół na tarasie i w środku - zadaszony taras - firanki w oknach dające intymność Minusy: - brak suszarki do wywieszenia ubrań - na tarasie brakuje intymności. Jakieś zasłony, albo osłony barierki bardzo poprawiłyby komfort - koce, które były już konieczne podczas wrześniowych nocy były bardzo brudne i brzydko pachnące. Chyba nie zostały wyprane po jakichś pieskach, które na nich spały (było na nich sporo sierści). Z małych uwag, na które można przymknąć oko: - szafka z naczyniami, i tak samo suszarka na naczynia są bardzo wysoko umieszczone, więc nie każdy jest w stanie tam dosięgnąć - pod prysznicem cały czas kapała woda, a spod paneli ściennych wypływał brud

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Abbiamo passato una settimana stupenda in una Villa incantevole. Piscina, molto verde e molto tranquillo. Ogni camera con letto doppi e bagno con doccia, lo conigliamo sicuramente anche a conoscenti e amici. Vicinissimi al mare,a negozi e a soli 15minuti da una stupenda Novigrad.

Die Unterkunft ist super zu erreichen und um den Ort herum gibt es super viele Möglichkeiten Sachen zu unternehmen. Vom Aquapark über Hochseilgarten und vielen schönen Stränden gibt es viel Abwechslung. Das Haus von Irene ist sehr modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts! Die Kommunikation lief einfach und sehr freundlich ab! Wir empfehlen sowohl Irene als Gastgeberin wie auch das Haus in Vabriga. Vielen Dank für unseren schönen Familienurlaub bei euch.
