On the ground floor is a living room with a large lounge sofa, a modern kitchen with dining area and garden view, bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. The house is located almost directly to the water, on a dead end road without steep slopes. Better location is hard to find. The summerhouse was built 15 years ago, and has 3 lovely bedrooms overlooking the ocean, a lovely kitchen-living room, also overlooking the ocean. A large bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower. The house also houses a brewer's and a spacious courtyard, where you can sit in shelter during the windy days. It's a place to enjoy life and completely relax.

Welcome to our little annex from 1812. The annex is a nice home kept in a relaxed style. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workplace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Nice double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a nice large corner sofa and fireplace. The living room is next to an inhabited room, which is not part of the rental.
