Das Ferienhaus befindet sich direkt am Nationalpark Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag und ist somit einzigartig. An der Grundstücksgrenze beginnt das Nationalpark Gebiet mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Nationalpark, die umliegenden Orte Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch und Fertörakos, in der Ferne sieht man an klaren Tagen den Schneeberg. Eine vielfältige Vogel- und Tierwelt ist hier erhalten, Graugänse, Kraniche, Störche und Silberreiher und Rotwild gehören hier zum saisonalen Tagesablauf.

A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

Egyedülálló élmény a belvárosi nyüzsgésben, a régi Barokk épületek között eltölteni pár napot. Vendégeink részére ingyenes parkolást biztosítunk egy közeli mélygarázsban. Az apartman mindennel felszerelt, csendes. Két fő részére hosszabb tartózkodásra is, 3-4 fő részére egy -két éjszakára ideális. Jó wifi, smart tv és Netflix.

Kedélyes apartman családi házunk tetőterében. Két hálószoba, mindegyik külön fürdőszobával, előszoba konyhával és étkezővel és egy veranda kényelmes ülősarokkal áll vendégeink rendelkezésükre. A balkonról csodalatos panoráma nyílik a Tihanyi Belső Tóra és az őt körülvesző dombvidékre. Parkolóhely található a zárt udvaron. Vendégeink használhatják kertünket, grillezhetnek. Lakásunk NEMDOHÁNYZÓ, dohányozni a balkonon valamint a kertben lehet.
