New, pleasant accommodation, ideally located 20 minutes from Le Mans and the 24-hour circuit as well as Boulerie Jump (5 min from the A11 Connerré - 10 min from the A11 A81 and A28 Auvours) It is composed of * a large living/dining room with open kitchen, sofa bed, * 2 bedrooms with beds for 2 people, * 1 bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 trundle bed, Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Fully enclosed plot, with electric sliding gate, as well as a terrace.

House 2 bedrooms 3 beds 6 pers.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the host's yard, located 20 minutes from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 35 minutes from Le Mans Sud. Zoo, amusement park and other activities in the area, we open our gate to welcome you in a cottage in our yard where you will find comfort, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and upstairs 2 bedrooms with double beds. The sofa also converts to a bed.

Hiking is possible on and around Maisoncelles, a document holder for this purpose will be at your disposal. Small detail, the toilet is separate from the bathroom. You can have a closed garage if you want to put your vehicle (car or motorcycle)

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
