Holiday rentals with a patio in Val-de-Marne

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

The place was cosy, clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has all the utensils needed for cooking. The host is very responsive and helpful. The metro is a walkable distance. There is no lifts though. So need to be careful when carrying luggage up the small staircase.

Très bon séjour chez Keov et Yann dans un appartement spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. Nous sommes ravis!

Great stay at Ihsen's place and great communication. Got lots of tips and lots of help, when needed. 5 min walk to Monoprix supermarket enabled us to have meals at home, 10 min walk to the Metro, made Paris transportation easy. Also a couple of bus stops 1 min from the flat

Nassim est réactif, arrangeant et très aimable. Son logement est fidèle à la description : fonctionnel et vraiment propre. Décoré avec goût. L’immeuble est aussi très propre et facile d’accès. L’accès du métro jusqu’au logement est vraiment à 5 min à pied et le chemin éclairé. Merci d’avoir participé a ce que se séjour entre copines soit aussi bien

L'appartement est très agréable et la terrasse est géniale ! Tout est proche et à courte distance de marche. Il y a une petite place à 10 minutes très chouette avec café, restaurant, boulangerie, caviste et marché les mercredis et les samedis. Pleins de beaux produits ! Accueil plus que sympathique de Jacky qui a vraiment à cœur de nous recevoir. Hôte très attentionné qui prend le temps et nous a donné des recommandations dans le quartier. Les décorations dans l'appartement donnent une touche parisienne aux lieux. C'est calme, ensoleillé et parfait pour un séjour en famille ou en amoureux, des vacances, etc. Nous avons beaucoup aimé et nous recommandons le logement sans hésiter. Un coup de cœur ! Nous y reviendrons :)

C’est juste parfait, les images correspondent à la description. Je recommande trop vous serez pas dessus 👌🩷en tous mon partenaire et moi avons grave kiffé .

We stayed in David and Linda's house for 4 nights with our family of 5, including 3 kids. From first contact to ask about the bedding configuration, Linda was excellent in communicating and very transparent. We found the location very convenient, literally across the road from the train station - a blessing after a long day walking around the city Centre. The train noise, though noticeable if you listened intently for it, didn't bother us any more than the typical city sounds of people, cars and sirens. It didn't wake any of our kids (aged 8 and 11) and I couldn't hear it though earplugs (which I always wear because I'm a light sleeper). The house is totally private save for a single front window to the street, which has privacy curtains on it - we didn't close any of the downstairs window coverings in our whole stay and never felt exposed. The house has it's quirks - eg. squeaky stairs and the shutters were not all 100% blockout - but we felt at home and would happily return.

Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, hôte très sympathique. Maison au bout d'une ruelle, au calme, tous les équipements nécessaires, très bonne literie, extérieur très agréable, le hammam est un plus pour se détendre. Le métro juste à côté de la maison, très pratique pour rejoindre paris en quelques minutes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. A recommander les yeux fermés.

wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf samen met mijn colega. Het was een fijn huis, alles was aanwezig. Goede wifi, compleet uitgeruste keuken. Kom er graag nog terug.

Stephs place is a lovely house on a quiet street. The town is lovely, with lots of amenities close by. Very easy access into the center of Paris and to Disney. We were 5 people and did two days in Paris and the house was perfect. Steph was very kind and friendly. They let us check in early and leave our bags before the house was ready. Great hospitality would book again

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Le sejour s’est bien passé. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et on a apprecié la cuisine équipée. Les échanges avec l’hôte sont fluides et rapide. Merci pour l’accueil et je n’hesiterai pas à revenir au besoin

L’appartement est très agréable ainsi que la localisation. Delphine est très sympathique et accueillante , réactive . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Il y a un grand jardin à l'entréela maison très propredemain j'ai pas en profité en jacuzzi je recommande c'est un endroit impeccable

We loved our stay at David’s apartment! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. David was very easy to contact, and was flexible with us during check in (a huge benefit after a long night and day of travel with our 10 month old). He sent detailed instructions with pictures and videos so we knew exactly how to get in and out of the apartment and building. It was in a great local area with lots of restaurants and shops around. Very easy to get to the metro to visit all of Paris. This was our 3rd time to Paris and David’s apartment was our favourite stay by far. Highly recommend!

Nuestra estancia hemos estado dos noches en su apartamento y nos ha sorprendido lo bien equipado que estaba. No faltaba detalle. Tenía abundantes toallas, sábanas limpias extra, secador de pelo, plancha de ropa, la cocina bien equipada con café, sal, azúcar, aceite, camas bastante cómodas. En el baño había champú , jabón, pasta de dientes, suficiente papel higiénico y toallitas húmedas. En el salón había tele, juegos de mesa, humidificador . Bajo el edificio del apartamento había un supermercado Lidl, y a la vuelta, una parada de la Línea 9 que te llevaba directo a la parada De la Torre Eiffel. No tengo nada malo que decir, mi familia y yo estuvimos muy cómodos y felices de estar ahí. Sin duda alguna, se lo recomendaremos a toda nuestra familia y amigos.
