One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

The modern apartment "Lichtung Woldererhof Auszeit" awaits its guests in the three-valley community of Ratschings, where hospitality and tradition are lived.
