The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. The holiday apartment "Adults Only Wasserfall Hegedex" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and boasts an exciting Alpine view directly from the premises. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. This apartment also features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

Haus Lärchensteig (2 apartments + loft space)

The house has been developed by us with local materials lovingly remodeled and refurbished. We rent it to groups and families or use it ourselves as a vacation home. It is idyllically located at 1430m in the middle of meadows and agricultural areas and is surrounded by the breathtaking backdrop of the 3000s of the main Alpine ridge. To the village of St. Jakob with inns and shop is only a 10 min walk. The house is also easily accessible in winter on the regularly cleared drive.

The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.
