Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Réouverture le 1er juin du gîte "au fil de l'eau " après rénovation ! Et ouverture en septembre du lieu de stage et gîte de groupe. Bienvenue au coeur du site naturel de la vallée de l'Hyrôme. Studio indépendant attenant au Moulin (Moulin à eau du 16e siècle). Vous pourrez bénéficier de la terrasse au bord de la rivière, partir en ballade en barque. Accès à ded chemins de randonnée au coeur du vignoble. Proche de nombreux sites touristiques; visites de caves. Animaux de compagnie acceptés.

L'Orangerie en Anjou, gîte in the garden

Au coeur du vignoble angevin, à 10km de la Loire, l’Orangerie est un meublé de tourisme, au calme dans un jardin. Vous pouvez accéder à pieds aux chemins de randonnées. Louer un vélo ( livré au gîte) ou pratiquer une activité de canoë à 15kms. Des commerces alimentaires sont proches et vous pouvez manger au restaurant local (5 min à pieds). Le prix est calculé pour 2 personnes + 20€/pers au delà de 2. Nous pouvons vous conseiller pour des séjours personnalisés selon vos centres intérêts.

Located between Angers and Saumur, in the heart of Anjou's vineyards, this accommodation offers the possibility of a relaxing stay on the banks of the Loire. Many hikes (hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, equestrian…) will allow you to discover our beautiful region. You can taste wines of grand crus ("Chaume", "Savennières"...) As a family, you will enjoy activities such as fishing, swimming at the level of landscaped beaches, visiting castles, animal parks...

Ground floor of an old water mill. Naturally cool rooms. Bucolic charm in a green setting by the Hyrome in the middle of the Layon hillsides. Independent access with the possibility of parking your vehicle. Ideal for hiking, discovering the vineyard, or just a good quiet stopover. Rooms in a row, access to the bathroom through the second bedroom. Great for families or friends. A colorful house where you will enjoy the greenery and an artistic touch.

La Pointe Windmill Tower

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. A few steps away, the friendly Place Ruzebouc, its cafes and restaurants await you. Angers, its castle, its museums, Terrabotanica are a short drive away. Beautiful walks along the Loire.

Character house in charming village

St Aubin de Luigné is classified as a charming village, located in the heart of the Côteaux du Layon. You can discover it on foot, by bike or by electric scooter. We are located on a hiking trail on the banks of the Layon, close to the Loire by bike. You can canoe, kayak or sail on a traditional "toue" boat on the Loire and Maine. You will also have the opportunity to visit the castles of the Loire (Angers, Saumur Serrant, etc...).

Moulin de la Chasnière

Gîte atypique : ancien moulin entièrement rénové, niché au cœur des vignes du Val du Layon, dans un secteur calme et préservé. Un lieu chargé de caractère pour 6 personnes : séjour lumineux, cuisine entièrement aménagée, 2 chambres + canapé-lit, salle de bain et cave à vin avec nos propres cuvées du Caveau du Vieux Pressoir. Lits faits et draps fournis dès votre arrivée. Le linge de toilettes n'est pas fournis, il faut le prévoir.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)
