Studio indépendant attenant au Moulin (Moulin à eau du 16e siècle). Vous pourrez bénéficier de la terrasse au bord de la rivière, partir en ballade en barque. Accès à ded chemins de randonnée au coeur du vignoble. Proche de nombreux sites touristiques; visites de caves. Animaux de compagnie acceptés.

Many hikes (hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, equestrian…) will allow you to discover our beautiful region. You can taste wines of grand crus ("Chaume", "Savennières"...) As a family, you will enjoy activities such as fishing, swimming at the level of landscaped beaches, visiting castles, animal parks...

Independent access with the possibility of parking your vehicle. Ideal for hiking, discovering the vineyard, or just a good quiet stopover. Rooms in a row, access to the bathroom through the second bedroom. Great for families or friends. A colorful house where you will enjoy the greenery and an artistic touch.

L'Orangerie en Anjou, gîte in the garden

In the heart of the Anjou vineyards, 10 km from the Loire, l'Orangerie is a furnished tourist accommodation in a quiet garden setting. You can walk to the hiking trails. Rent a bike (delivered to the cottage) or go canoeing 15 km away. There are food stores nearby, and you can eat at the local restaurant (5 minutes on foot). The price is calculated for 2 people + €20/person beyond 2. We can advise you on personalized stays based on your interests.

Character house in charming village

St Aubin de Luigné is classified as a charming village, located in the heart of the Côteaux du Layon. You can discover it on foot, by bike or by electric scooter. We are located on a hiking trail on the banks of the Layon, close to the Loire by bike. You can canoe, kayak or sail on a traditional "toue" boat on the Loire and Maine. You will also have the opportunity to visit the castles of the Loire (Angers, Saumur Serrant, etc...).

Moulin de la Chasnière

Gîte atypique : ancien moulin entièrement rénové, niché au cœur des vignes du Val du Layon, dans un secteur calme et préservé. Un lieu chargé de caractère pour 6 personnes : séjour lumineux, cuisine entièrement aménagée, 2 chambres + canapé-lit, salle de bain et cave à vin avec nos propres cuvées du Caveau du Vieux Pressoir. Lits faits et draps fournis dès votre arrivée. Le linge de toilettes n'est pas fournis, il faut le prévoir.

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. In the heart of Anjou, overlooking our wine estate, our guest house is located on the foothills of the Corniche Angevine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With an area of 195 m² that can accommodate up to 10 people, the house has 5 bedrooms (king size bed), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large fully equipped modern kitchen and 61 m² living-dining room, as well as a superb terrace.
