It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry.
