Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Im neuen Klima Haus-Standard A-Nature, befindet sich die moderne 2 Zimmerwohnung mit großer Wohnküche im obersten Stock. Die Kücheninsel ist mit bequemen Barstühlen ausgestattet, die man als Arbeits-Ess- und Spieletisch nutzen kann. Der Boraherd ist für Hobbyköche eine schöne Ergänzung. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Schrank und Doppelbett (160x200m) normal ausgestattet. Zum besseren Schlaf haben wir die Emma Matratze gewählt. Das Bad hat eine Walkin Dusche mit Rainshower und beleuchteter Ablage.

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Overlooking the Alps, the holiday apartment Seebrunn - Kuppelwieser Alm in Ulten impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a fan. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Questo meraviglioso appartamentino si trova a pochi minuti del centro di Prato allo Stelvio. L'appartamento é stato ristrutturato nel 2017, con bagno nuovo, camera da letto e salotto/cucina. La cucina é arredata bene. nel salotto/cucina si trova un divano e un comodo tavolo per mangiare. Costi aggiuntivi da pagare sono 2,10€ per persona a notte di soggiorno per la tassa turistica del Comune di Prato allo Stelvio, da pagare in contanti all’arrivo.
