The accommodation and facilities were as described, very clean and perfect for our two families. Romina was really lovely and very welcoming. Answered all of our questions/ texts quickly and was very helpful. The surroundings were very peaceful but close to the local amenities and beaches. Fazana was a lovely place / port, down the road where the evening market and restaurant were amazing. Would definitely go back to the area and especially the house!

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Great stay in this split level 4 bed home. I stayed on ground floor rooms. this bathroom was very modern with a great powerful step in shower. Sink hand soap and ring mirror Both apartments had a fully fitted kitchens B-B-Q area was great although we only used to play a game of darts! Small play area for children in that area too. Pool area was lovely & modern too. Outside shower to use pre/post Pool dip to cool off from the hot sun. Nice sail for some needed shade. washing facilities had some liquid to use which was thoughtful. Space for hire car which I recommend to explore the Istrain area. Host left number for any queries which she answers very promptly. Recommend as a stay

First of all, we would like to thank Lana and her family for the great stay! It was simply unforgettable in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation is modern and tastefully furnished and offers everything you need. The spacious pool was a real highlight (always clean and well maintained) and the surrounding terrace with comfortable loungers was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The view of the countryside was also wonderful! The house is located in a quiet and picturesque environment that offers both relaxation and entertainment & many attractions. Various great beaches and coves are just a few minutes away and easy to reach. The hosts made our stay something very special. From the warm welcome to the small attentions in between, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. We can only recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back!

We stayed for the weekend and I fully recommend it. Greate specious place with private pool and very close to the beach. Host is super responsive and helpful.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! The location was perfect – quiet and idyllic, yet close enough to all the major attractions. The garden was beautifully maintained and the pool was a real highlight, especially on the hot days. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well appointed. The host was friendly and available for questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall a great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

Tihana is an amazing friendly host. We booked this apartment last-minute since the place we booked earlier cancelled on us after we reached the town. Tihana welcomed us warmly and gave us plenty of recommendations. The studio itself is stunning and very well done. It's cosy, quiet, away from the main city, but you can walk to the town very easily. Parking was very convenient, even though the streets can be narrow, and Tihana helped us with that as well. The town and the accommodations were definitely highlights of our trip!

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

It is a very nice apartment in a quiet residential area. We liked it very much at Irena's. You can do a lot in the area by car, or simply drive to the beach in Fazana. Air conditioning in the apartment is a really great thing. The car was in the yard under a carport and was nice and cool. Everything you need was available in the apartment. Only mosquito nets on the bedroom windows would be very useful. Otherwise, we liked the apartment very much and we would like to come back.

Very professional and lovely outfit . We enjoyed all of our stay . All was there what we needed. Beach in short walking distance. Private parking is a plus. Well done there is a lot Of heart &pride in the decor and lay out .

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

Very nice surroundings, very quiet and, if you want, very secluded. Very good communication, very clean and well maintained. Great view.

We had a lovely stay at Meri's apartment. It is comfortably furnished and extremely clean. The garden and terrace are also very nice. Meri welcomed us in a very friendly way. It was a bit of a shame that the oven shown in the photos was no longer there. And you have to honestly say that the place is located right next to a railway line, where every now and then a train passes by, and that you can also hear the nearby road.

We had a lovely week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also due to the right decor. Of course, you have to keep in mind that it's an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With baby crawling, the house was not very suitable as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, just the right thing. The location overall is perfect for things to do in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual) so you can cook relaxed. The communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key drop-off, is very nice.
