This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you. It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120m2 accessible living space with private pool of over 53m2 size. At your disposal are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double bed and one with bathroom and one with two single beds. In total, there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub, and shower with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
