Comprising of 2 cottages, sleeping 10 in total. There are large gardens, play areas and a private seasonal pool. We are ideally located in peaceful rural France, surrounded by Sunflower fields, within easy reach of many great days out. Cottage la Vigne (2 bedrooms) has a double bedroom and twin bedroom, with a family bathroom, lounge and fully fitted kitchen/diner. Cottage Le poirier (3 bedrooms) has a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with lounge and fully fitted kitchen/dining room.

House dating from the middle of the 19th century, independent access, restored with respect for materials, wood, stones, ideally located in the Belle Valley, very quiet environment and yet very close to the historic center of the village, classified as a "small city of character", you can enjoy an enclosed garden, with shade or sun, as desired, private parking, access to the private pool area, with pool house, beaches, deckchairs will be at your disposal. Possibility to rent bikes.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the heart of our farm. Calm and nature are kings here! The house is located 30 minutes from the Vallée des Singes, a little less than an hour from the Futuroscope, 45 minutes from Niort and an hour and a half from La Rochelle.
