The house is located in an optimal position that allows you to reach all the places of interest in the Province of Trapani in a few minutes: fifteen minutes by car from the beaches of Trapani and from the boarding point for the Egadi islands. In a few minutes, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Zingaro Reserve, Segesta, and Castellammare del Golfo can be reached for suggestive excursions. In about thirty minutes by car, you can also reach the Stagnone of Marsala, a place of excellence for kitesurfing.

You will stay on the ground floor of my villa, a 3-minute walk from the sea, consisting of two separate apartments. *You will not share all outdoor spaces with other guests*. The apartment has a large outdoor space with a dining table, sofas and deckchairs, and private parking. The villa is located in one of the most picturesque areas of Scopello, 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, and is surrounded by a large tree-lined garden and a picturesque sea view

Strategically located between Trapani and S. Vito Lo Capo, surrounded by greenery but 2 km from the village and all services. Guests have an entire floor with a separate entrance consisting of: living room with fireplace and panoramic veranda, kitchenette, 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with covered veranda and possibility of an extra bed, bathroom with shower, garden and barbecue area. The second bedroom is made available starting from 3 people (see house rules)

The apartment is fully furnished with two air conditioners, has a large living room with TV, kitchen with balcony overlooking Erice, complete with everything you need (oil, salt, sugar, etc.) fridge, microwave, various utensils, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with breakfast corner, bathroom with washing machine, shower with dispenser (bath foam and shampoo) hairdryer, iron and towel set; two bedrooms with linens. Ample free parking at the back of the apartment. No Wi-Fi
