Very good stay, the accommodation is impeccable, decorated and prepared with care. The parking space is a real plus for being able to walk around Valencia peacefully. The instructions are very clear and the host is responsive and communicative so that we have the best time possible. Thank you!

Excellent stay in an apartment perfectly in line with the photos and impeccably clean. The instructions for accessing it were clear and accurate. An Airbnb that totally met our expectations!

I am delighted with my reservation and my stay => I recommend 300%! Julie was very responsive to my reservation, with good communication and her mom welcomed me at the top with presentation of the accommodation and wifi connection without forgetting the little touches like coffee or tea available. Very quiet accommodation and very peaceful environment and this despite being 15 min from the train station on foot and close to all shops. Extremely clean, well arranged, the bedding is very comfortable and the shower spacious. Accommodation equipped with a small garden with furniture, ideal for enjoying good weather. I have to come back next month in Valencia, I have of course booked Julie's place again.

This is a huge 1 bedroom with a large kitchen, living room and walk-in closet. Very comfortable and well furnished. The location is amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants just as you exit the building. It is a walk-up to the 2nd floor so not fun to drag suitcases up and down. We loved our stay but had we known that its a 2nd floor walk-up we would not have booked it. If I were doing a long stay with less luggage I would definitely book this place again!

exactly matched my needs for a work stay

We were a little scared when we entered the stairwell. But quickly reassured by visiting your beautiful apartment. However, I would like to make a few suggestions to improve this apartment. It would be necessary to add hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels, renew some kitchen utensils such as a frying pan and saucepan and add a glass salad bowl to be able to use it in the microwave. Apart from that, your apartment is clean, nicely decorated, practical and functional. Best regards Nora

Air-conditioned apartment, located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator. Free parking near the apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped. 2 large bedrooms.

We absolutely fell in love! Isabelle and Pierre welcomed us into their lives like family and we immediately felt at home. The farm with the animals and the tranquility is beautiful. There is so much to see and Pierre and Isabelle are very inspiring people. We drank beer and wine together twice in the evening and talked until late in the evening and at the same time had a lot of privacy through the extra garden side in front of the entrance of the AirBnB. The two are very friendly and humorous. There are fresh eggs from their own chickens and we were even allowed to pick cherries. We felt very comfortable and are already very much looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended! :)

The apartment is great and the location is ideal. Marie-Ange and Quoc Vo are responsive, serious and pleasant, a pleasure! Many thanks to Quoc Vo who did not hesitate to help me at the time of departure when my car's battery died, and when he had other things to do! So grateful!! Jean François and his family are very welcoming. Parking cars is not a problem in the gated property. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped. On the relaxation side, we were able to enjoy the swimming spa and the pool. It takes a minimum of 3 days to fully appreciate these facilities. Children's games and a trampoline were welcome for our 3.5-year-old grandson. Jean François has a very good rapport with children. The accommodation is well located for access to the Peaugres Zoo and the Palais idéal du facteur Cheval. We are very satisfied with our stay at Jean François's.
