Une caméra de surveillance est installée pour sécuriser l'entrée de la maison et ne filme que l'extérieur. Tranquillité assurée pour votre véhicule.

2 attic rooms + sitting area, in house with shared garden (rented by Airbnb and me). Private parking. Possibility to enjoy the relaxation area (Jacuzzi Sauna Hammam) (privatized, by appointment with a supplement). Located at the foot of Vercors, Tourist village. (5 min walk from the center, shops, restaurants and activities), near the river and next to the petanque court. 20 min from Valence TGV station, 5 min from Saint-Hilaire station. Bicycle access on the greenway.

We offer you a beautiful and large guest room in town, over 23 m2, comfortable, cozy, contemporary, air-conditioned and located upstairs.
