Notre maison d'hôte s'appelle : la ferme saint pierre Drôme. Il y a votre gite et 2 suites de 50 m2. C'est situé dans l'ancienne ferme magnifique du 18e siecle. Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

The friendly atmosphere and tranquility of our property make it an ideal place to relax and unwind.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

In the Drôme Provençale, on the edge of the charming village of Puy Saint Martin, "Chez Charles" welcomes you. Elegant detached house with private and heated pool, stunning views of the valley. You will have an equipped kitchen, a living area, a lounge area with a view, upstairs a master suite, XL shower, 160 cm bed, standard bedroom with shower and 2 twin beds. Beautiful wooden terrace around the pool, dining area under the awning, lounge area, deckchairs and BBQ.

Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

The Chalet - Les Lodges de Praly

This unique and atypical accommodation is quietly located on the heights of the Lodges de Praly site. Our cozy wooden chalet welcomes you amid bamboo & pines. Here, we live to the rhythm of nature with its large glass openings, ideal for filling up with light and admiring the starry skies. Tasteful decor and absolute comfort. Come and relax in our cottage backed by the mountain with the song of cicadas. Cyclists, we are 5 km from the Via Rhôna and the Peyre (transportation available on request). For hikers, the GR 42 is 200 m away. Climbing site 2 km away. During the day, discover the gorges of the Ardèche, the plateau, the cave of Pont d'Arc, the Ardèche train and even the Drôme des Collines or Provencal. But it's also great for lounging with a good book by the heated pool.

I offer you a country house that is pleasant due to its tranquility and its environment. It will be ideal for a relaxing vacation but will be just as suitable for discovering the region (Drôme Provençale, Ardèche, Vercors) or for sports travelers being close to multiple activities such as horseback riding, bike rides, hiking. This vacation home is adjoining our accommodation, we will be happy to inform you and advise you according to your wishes.
