Ce gite climatisé de 70m2 se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur congélateur, four, etc... Vous aurez une salle de bain avec baignoire ainsi qu'un WC séparé. Les 2 chambres avec vue sur le parc arboré sont équipées de rangement et penderie, un canapé lit 2 personnes pourra servir de couchage supplémentaire. Nous vous accueillons à "La Coustiero" dans notre merveilleux vieux village de Sauzet au pied de l église, qui vous offrira un panorama allant des 3 becs au mont ventoux. Ce logement paisible se compose d un lit queen size ainsi que canapé lit pour une personne ( ou 2 enfants ), salle de bain et d un espace salon cuisine. Proche de toutes commodités (boulangerie, boucherie, superette, tabac...) et a 10 mn de Montélimar. Attention fortes chaleurs il n y a pas de climatisation.

Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.
