The room was exactly as I expected. Maybe even bigger than needed. The location is also good. Although it's bordering with some industrial area, you will find everything you need not far from the house. There's beautiful park nearby with sports complex, shops, cafe and bars. The house is located near the airport, it's possible to safely walk directly from airport to airbnb in 35 minutes. Also there is a good place with gardening plots about 1 km away - very good for running. And a big mall with lots of shops 10 minutes to the west by car. Pavla is amazing host! She is polite, attentive and keeps everything in good condition. If anything happens she will do her best to immediately resolve the issue. I had a great time staying at her place and we became friends!

I had the pleasure of staying in Jorge’s loft for two weeks. From the very beginning, Jorge and his wife were incredibly attentive and kind. They were always quick to respond to any question I had, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my stay. The loft itself is calm, beautifully maintained, and absolutely spotless—it’s clear that great care goes into keeping the place in perfect condition. I slept very well every night, which says a lot about both the comfort of the space and the peacefulness of the area. The location is another major highlight: you’re just a short walk from the stunning Turia Park and also close to the beach, which makes it easy to enjoy both nature and city life. It truly felt like the perfect base for exploring Valencia while also having a tranquil place to unwind. Warm, responsive hosts + an ideal location + a clean and quiet space = the perfect stay.
