Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Valencia

It was wonderful staying here. All of our party walked away feeling relaxed, happy and content. Paula was super responsive and helpful when we had questions and we wish we’d stayed longer. Views are stunning, house beautiful and we can’t believe how lucky we were.

Excellent stay, quiet and relaxing especially after a day of walking in Valencia. We were able to take advantage of all the equipment made available to us. Even if a vehicle is necessary for visits, we are not far from the city of Valencia (1/2 hour). Our host is very responsive, which is appreciated. We would recommend this listing.

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

We had a wonderful stay in this house! It’s located right in the heart of the historic center of Sagunto — narrow streets, old facades, and a unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. The house itself is authentic and full of character, with stone walls and historic details, yet it’s also cozy and comfortable. Inside, it's spacious, clean, and bright. The large terrace became our favorite spot — we had breakfast, dinner, and relaxed there every day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A big bonus was the bicycles! 🚲 We used them to get to the grocery store and even to the beach — walking would take a while, but cycling made it a pleasant and fun trip. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the hosts were very kind and responsive. Everything was well-organized and stress-free. It’s a perfect place for a slow, soulful vacation — full of charm and history. Highly recommend!

We went with little time because we went to an event. Graham was available to give us clear instructions on how to get there, park, and restaurants. Incredible views where you can breathe tranquility. Highly recommended place, with everything you need for a longer stay.

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

The house is very worth it, it is larger than what is shown in the photos, the pool is great and the check-in process is very comfortable.

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

Great apartment for a family looking to visit Valencia and enjoy the beach. Plenty of restaurants and food markets in the area within easy walking distance. $15-$20 taxi rides into the old town of Valencia. We booked our own trips to the airport but the hostess had her recommendation. Parking available for a rental car which we did use for one day, but in general you don't need a rental car. One point that might not be totally obvious...there are two porches - one facing the front (beach), and the other facing the back (street). Helpful because you can either stay in or avoid the sun as needed. We hope to return some day. Valencia exceeded my expectations, and I've been to Madrid and Barcelona many times (not that those aren't nice cities as well).

This is an amazing apartment that has the wow factor. Perfectly located in the old town, spacious, clean, fantastic AC. I highly recommend booking - you will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay at Jochem's place! The plants were beautiful, such a lovely private terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped, great if you like to cook. The internet was great as well. Overall, a very cozy place. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet area but only a 20 min tram ride to the center of Valencia (easy to get to, only a 5 min walk or so to the stop), and less than 40 mins to the beach. Jochem was also so friendly and helpful! He shared recommendations of things to do in the area, including a medieval fest happening a few blocks away!

The accommodation is very well located, clean and pleasant, with a spectacular terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The host was always on the lookout for us to have everything we needed for a comfortable and smooth stay. Thank you for everything, it was a fantastic experience!

Emiliano's apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and feels more like a real home. Great extras include, for example, the water filter. The apartment is centrally located in the old town of Valencia, just a few minutes' walk from Mercat Central and many attractions. Emiliano is an attentive and helpful host who impresses with clear instructions and fast communication. The surroundings may seem a bit special in some places, but did not negatively affect our stay – overall a clear recommendation!

The apartment was as described, location right at the beach which is a dream. Very nice opportunities to sit outside, either on the private balcony or on the rooftop. It is shared but each apartment has their own space. It was also clean. A car is absolutely necessary. The next supermarket is around 5 minutes by car but walking would be really far, as the apartment is located in a small village. Would absolutely recommend, just be aware that you will require a car and there is not much around. However great apartment for relaxing, enjoying the beach especially for a family

There were six of us over an extended weekend there and the house was perfect for our purposes. Very spacious, super equipped, uncomplicated landlord and easy access to the train to go to the city (about 30 min). All in all absolutely recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay recently with some of our colleagues while attending the exhibition in Valencia. It was all as described, all of us fit perfectly and comfortably. The space is huge and pleasant. We had some business lunches with our colleagues and clients there - it had all we needed and more. The house is full of character, which is a huge plus! Surroundings are very pleasant. Paula was very helpful at all times, responded quickly and looked after us from afar 🥰 For sure would recommend and hope to come back one day! The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely home. I can't recommend it highly enough! Mayte went above and beyond to provide excellent recommendations, making our whole family feel right at home. The house is ideally located, with easy walking access to the town's fantastic restaurants and activities. It was a perfect base for exploring the area and enjoying everything the town has to offer.

A wonderful house with a beautiful large garden. Exceptionally clean throughout. The dressing table for ladies to do hair and make-up was much appreciated! It's a luxury that you don’t always find in holiday homes! Gabriel was absolutely brilliant. Always helping in any way he could. Constant communication and advice. Very friendly and it is very clear that Gabriel cares deeply about his home. We had a lovely relaxing break and enjoyed our stay. The pool was rather cold but that was due to the time of year and May being so early on in the season. We cannot thank Gabriel enough for everything and for looking after us so well. The nicest, friendliest and most helpful host we have ever met. THANK YOU so much Gabriel.

Unforgettable! We had a great time at Don's beautiful villa which has a magnificent view of Valencia and the surrounding hills (in the evening, dinner from the terrace over Valencia is soothing to watch). The accommodation is very functional with a large living room open to a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine, very convenient for a large family!). The 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, it's a real luxury :-) The garden is very well maintained with several terraces to enjoy the sun (there is also shade thanks to the large trees!). Finally the pool is very well arranged with a solarium that offers a 360° view of the area: a delight!!! The accommodation is about a 30-minute drive to the main neighborhoods of Valencia so very convenient for the many visits to the area. It was very difficult to leave, thanks to Don for this great vacation time ;-)
