Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone’s throw from the castle, the 11th century Romanesque church and from the Rotte to the biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant! The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two e-bikes are at your disposal.

Authentic Perche family home

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Independent house located in a 12,000 m² wooded park with heated swimming pool in season on the same land as the owners, overlooking the Château de Lavardin. Close to the city center (1 km), pleasantly located on both sides of the charming Loir River. Less than 300 meters away you will find supermarkets, bakery, greengrocers, laundromat... Nearby: Vendôme, Trôo (troglogyte houses), the Jardin du Plessis Sasnières, Blois, Tours... the Châteaux de la Loire 40 minutes away.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

"Le Spa Dunois" Private Sauna & Jacuzzi House

House entirely designed for couples who want to come and relax together in a relaxation area with private hot tub and sauna. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, close to downtown Châteaudun. King-size bed, linens, towels, bathrobes and slippers provided. Equipped kitchen and connected TV (Netflix from your account). Special requests (Champagne, decoration, candles) are subject to an additional cost, please let us know in advance.

Papy Marcel

Pavilion in a subdivision 1 min walk from a crossroads, 5 min from the bakery and the city center, 15 min drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 min from Le Mans. The number of rooms will be open depending on the number of guests. Example: 1 bedroom = 1 guest. For 2 bedrooms = 3 guests and 3 bedrooms = 5 guests. The beds will be made upon arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for a supplement of €10/person to have towels.
