In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The accommodation, located in the heart of Bessé sur Braye, offers you the opportunity to participate in the festivities without having to take the car. It's only a 2-minute walk from the party room. You have parking space and parking in the city is free. The apartment is more than 42m2, it is very bright and quiet. It is located on the ground floor.

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to update it, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon.
