Bivališče je oddaljeno od središča mesta 400m, in omogoča preprost dostop do vseh pomembnih točk. Smo v peš coni in območju kolesarske proge PARENZANA. Povezava za kolesarje je imenitna ob morju, do Kopra je samo 4.7 km, pod stoletnimi borovci. Če pa izberete kolesarsko pot proti Portorožu in Piranu, imate dva vzpona in tunela stare železnice PARENZANA. Izola ima mestno plažo Svetilnik, najbolj čisto morje je tu. Plaža ima naravno senco borovcev. V morju se kopamo do sredine oktobra.
