Great stay ! Will definitely return!!

Jacky gave very clear instructions on how to get in before I even made it, so I was able to settle in as soon as I got there. The neighborhood was quiet, the area felt safe and the place was very cozy. There was an odd smell from the bathroom - it didn’t smell dirty or anything so I chalk it up to it being a cleaner with a scent I wasn’t familiar with; it did initially give me a headache but after an hour or so, the smell was gone (I don’t think it would bother the normal guest and it’s more my own problem). Overall, a very quaint, affordable and private spot; I would definitely recommend it.

Ruby's place looked exactly how the pictures describe. It was very clean and well kept. Any time we reached out, she communicated promptly. The house is about an hour ride outside of Los Angeles, it could probably be shorter, but Los Angeles traffic...ugh. I do recommend if you're looking for nice place in a quiet neighborhood, Ruby's place is definitely it.

Our family enjoyed everything about Autumn's home. The amenities are perfect for families who range in age and its not far from the amusement parks. I highly recommend booking with Autumn.

Pris & Tom were fantastic! They were super responsive and delivered toiletries when we ran out. They responded quickly and promptly when we had any questions. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and the home had so many great fun amenities. We loved the pool table and the massage chair. 100% recommend and would come again.

Cute and great place to stay. Was perfect for a party of three. Both couch and bed were plenty comfortable. Also nice that the washer and dryer works quick. Perfect for people who pack light

Everything was as expected and the hosts give you privacy and the instructions are very straightforward. The exterior could be kept up a little better, everything was dead and over grown, but other than that, it was a great experience. Everything is as is pictured. The beds are VERY FIRM, all of them. If you don’t like a firm bed, you’re not going to sleep good, but that can be fixed by bringing an air mattress or utilizing the couch. We will likely book again for our next universal/Disney experience

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

Lovely place with a very homey feel to it. It's one of two airbnbs at the building, but they are fully separated. Everything was as described, and the hosts were super communicative. Its a great deal, given there is laundry and parking onsite, they allow pets, and its a fully livable unit in a comfortable suburban neighborhood.

Shelby was so kind and helpful during my entire stay! I truly appreciate how well we were able to communicate during an accommodation I had needed and within short time! I’d definitely come back

The apartment was the perfect place to stay for us. The location was very quiet and had just the right amount of Goldie Locks and the Three Bears along with Bambi. Truly was perfect!

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Clean place to stay if you want to stay in DTLA Cute restaurant right below that has good brunch and lunch. Place is clean and bed was comfortable House is setup with a full kitchen, so you can cook your own meals if you prefer that. Pool + hot tub area was decent. I would not suggest this as a family friendly location if you’re traveling with kids or anyone just not used to LA and the type of people in this area.
