Holiday rentals with a patio in Valinda

This was a perfect location for us as we helped move our daughter out of UCI. We loved being able to walk to yummy eats at diamond jamboree and run along the path. The place itself is clean and spacious and just as described. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our future visits. Thanks again!

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and Amy was extremely communicative which was nice! She made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. As for the place, it was absolutely great! Lots of space and it felt very comfortable with tons of amenities! I would definitely stay again! Thanks Amy!

Very clean and tidy apartment with massive fridge space and well-equipped kitchen. Great for solo travellers and long stays. Throw blanket is super comfortable - couch is a bit too easy to sleep in as a result. Heater is nicely located next to working desk so it was really a lifesaver since I had many early (chilly) morning calls. Speaking of, good internet speed too! Didn’t notice any lag or connection issue during group conferences. Passcode lock is a great convenience since you don’t have to carry anything with you when you leave. Restaurants and groceries are walkable (~15 min) even if you don’t have a car. Neighborhood is quite residential so feels safe. Make sure you have quarters ready for the laundry room that’s across from the apartment! Host replies nearly instantly and very thoroughly. Highly recommend!

This place was great for what our family needed. We were able to communicate easily with Sha when we were having technical issues with the parking pass, and it was easily resolved. She was very fast at responding.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it was just as enjoyable and beautiful as the first time. It has the nature vibe with friendly squirrels and birds and a gorgeous view from the deck. I LOVE IT! I'll be back...

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

The host and the place was great. We have a comfortable stay. We were really looking forward to the games, unfortunately the air hockey ball and the soccer ball wasn’t there. Great stay!

My stay at Yanny’s place was great! Everything was as described. The Location was very peaceful and private. All the amenities were there and I loved the backyard space, very nice to lounge and have a late-night conversation. The twinkle lights made it even better! I was very happy with her response timing, and she was always polite. I felt very welcome, I definitely got a great deal.

This is a beautiful home. Exceptionally clean, spacious, quiet and, for us, perfectly situated. Iveth is very helpful and an excellent communicator. If we come back to Sierra Madre we will try to come back here.

Loved the comfy couch and large dining table. Everything in the house was comfortable and working. Very family friendly! A few properties on the lot but it feels very private since we stayed at the front house. Bring indoor flip flops,etc as no shoes indoors.

Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

It is a great place to stay, especially considering getting a private space for your group, the safe parking spot for your car etc. The place is very similar to described in the listing and was very clean, with all the basic amenities needed for one's stay. One thing to keep in mind, it is towards the east side of LA and if you are planning to visit LA as a tourist, then all the tourist spots is a bit of drive from here. But overall, great experience.

Jason was an outstanding Airbnb host. His attention to detail, especially in providing clear and thorough instructions, made checking in effortless and allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. The house was spacious, spotless, and well-organized—everything was tidy and exactly where it needed to be. I had everything I could possibly need to enjoy my stay, and the view was truly a bonus! If you have specific requests, just reach out to Jason before booking—he's more than willing to accommodate when possible. Honestly, I didn’t even need to contact him during my stay. Both Jason and his property had everything covered. There’s no shortage of things to do in the area—Universal is just 45 minutes away, Disney is only 30 minutes, and the list goes on. Time flew by, and I genuinely wish I could’ve stayed longer. If you're considering booking his place—do it! I’ll definitely be staying with him again in the future. You’re going to love it. Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
