In a former stable, we have realized a studio with living/sleeping space, kitchen with combi-oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, all necessary kitchen materials and a bathroom with toilet, rain shower and vanity unit. 10 minutes from Valkenburg and Gulpen and 15 minutes from Maastricht, this studio is still quite central but quietly located. This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau.
