This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Our house is close to cafés, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket. It is in the heart of Valldemossa, although in a silent street, with cosy little alleys and their flower pots.Easy access to public transport/ public carpark is 5 mins walk.Valldemossa is a perfect village for relaxing and within easy reach of Palma and other places on the Island (20mins to Palma, 30 mins to the Airport). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

Casa tradicional restaurada y decorada con encanto, en plena Sierra de Tramuntana (Patrimonio de la Humanidad, UNESCO). Antiguamente formaba parte de las dependencias de la Cartuja, donde estuvo hospedado Frédéric Chopin. De día el pueblo es muy animado y al caer la tarde se convierte en un lugar muy tranquilo. En verano hay ambiente nocturno y familiar en las terrazas. Amplia oferta de restaurantes, comestibles y farmacia. Puerto de pescadores a 6 Km con unas puestas de sol maravillosas.

Thank you very much for the wonderful accommodation! My mum, my sister and I really liked it there 🤗 We enjoyed every day of our little family vacation - especially the tranquility as well as the three beaches nearby… Also, the staff is doing an excellent job at taking care of the residents👌🏻 Me and my boyfriend are thinking about coming soon too… With the easy and flexible check-in, the peace and quiet of the apartments, and the many things/places to discover in the area, this gem is definitely worth visiting!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great house! Very private and quiet. 5 minute walk down to town (10 minutes uphill). House was extremely clean. AC worked well in the rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. Host was easy to reach and responded right away. The view of town was incredible, especially at sunrise and sunset. I would highly recommend this house.

Anden gang vi var i Moritz dejlige hus i Valdemossa. Super hyggeligt og velfungerende, det er altid en fornøjelse. Moritz som udlejer var fleksibel og vi kunne checke ind tidligt. Marlen står for indcheckningen og er super grundig og hjælpsom. Caféen overfor er super hyggelig ..udefra ligner det en grønthandel men kig ind i deres baglokale hvor caféen er - mega hyggeligt og GOD kaffe. De er super søde. Kan varmt anbefale både huset, byen og det hele.

An amazing corner house with uninterrupted views over Valldemossa and the mountains beyond. Located in a peaceful square hidden away from the masses of tourists, yet literally moments walk away to the action. And like others have mentioned, we didn't find the house small at all. The welcome package of snacks/drinks was a lovely touch, and the towels, linen, robes etc all seemed brand new. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Stephan's place for 10days end of Feb and beginning of March. Although the weather was not the best with sunshine on and off, this house is a gem--beautiful and warm! We stayed with our infant daughter who just started to crawl and she enjoyed exploring every inch of the house. It is a perfect place for staying with a little one. The host provided highchair and crib and was super responsive. We would come again!
