Cassandra's listing was very clean and welcoming. It really felt like our home away from home. The patio looks out onto the golf course and lake, and was the perfect tranquil spot to have a morning cup of coffee to get our day started. If we're ever back in Flagstaff I would definitely book this listing again 😁👍

Katherin's home was beautiful! The place was spacious with plenty to do for all ages. Katherin was also incredibly helpful and responsive.

Super clean, everything is brand new, well appointed kitchen. Great location for exploring all that Northern AZ has to offer. The canyon is only about an hour away but don’t miss all the other great things to see! Host is super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with large family groups. easy to explore the area and nice to have a place to come back to for home cooked meals, relaxation and gathering with kids. The neighborhood is a little busier than expected, and can hear the highway noise, so it's not quite as isolated as I was expecting, but still worked out great for our multiple generation group. We would definitely recommend!

This was a fantastic place to stay up in Flagstaff for my daughter’s graduation. Super close to everything but still nice and private. Plenty of rooms with different configurations which worked out great for us. Loved the outside deck overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was spacious and upstairs loft had some fun games. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Location was beautiful and peaceful, close to everything we needed. Host was friendly and easy to work with.

What a fun time for our family of 6 in Flagstaff/GC/Sedona! The location was easy to get to all the sights in the area. The house is immaculate and felt like a 5star resort. Especially when you consider the amenities within the community. Our kids especially loved the sport courts and the game room at the clubhouse. The kitchen was fully equipped even meeting the standards of my wife who is a true foodie and loves to cook. We were able to prepare great meals for our large family. The house was so comfortable from the plush couches to soft bedding. We had all the comforts of our own home. The multi-level house was really neat but the multiple staircases can be slippery when wearing socks. So it would be a good idea to bring grippy socks or slippers. We would most definitely stay there again. It was really great!

Uniquely decorated, dust free, clean. Spacious, spacious seating areas to accomidate a big group to visit comfortably. Two balconies to enjoy birds chirping, scenery, and family activities. Located in a quiet, friendly culdisac. We came for a college graduation and booked a couple extra days to visit The Grand Canyon Canyon and native cliff dwellings in Walnut Canyon. We entered the Grand Canyon from the south entrance and exited the east entrance. That gave us time to see everything in the Grand Canyon South and East sides in one day. Thank you for an enjoyable, cozy, comfortable stay.

This place was perfect for us (family of 4) The inside is very spacious clean and unique. The backyard was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. Rene was great to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. Great area, great house! Would absolutely recommend and book again if we return.

Very comfortable, small home perfect for exploring the Grand Canyon and Williams areas. Home very well decorated with attractive decor, and all appliances, dishes and linens were beautiful. Would definitely recommend, and if we are back in this area, we will stay again!

We came here with 3 families (8 kids ages 6-15) to explore the Grand Canyon. It was right near the Willams train station (highly recommend taking the train into the National Park). We loved being able to come home and cook dinners and rest up in the comforts of a home. Thank you to our wonderful hosts! We had an amazing vacation and made great memories!

Wonderful spot and house is darling! We went up with my grandkids for Polar Express and I chose this house due to the reviews of having lots of kid toys and games both inside and outside. It was comfy and just perfect, as described with great additions of some items that add a little extra touch! Thank you for making your home so welcoming, would definitely come back!

Staying here with my kids for as an absolute treat!! Close to food and coffee places. Lots of nature. Loved the hammock for the back yard. 🙂

We had a great stay in Williams! The home was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. It had a warm, homely vibe that made us feel comfortable right away. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the host was super responsive throughout our stay. If I had to be really picky, I’d mention that the living room remote only worked from certain angles; but that’s truly a small thing in an otherwise perfect experience. 10/10 would absolutely stay again!

The home was beautiful and well-equipped. Perfect for cooking meals and unwinding after full days exploring the Grand Canyon. We appreciated the cozy, welcoming atmosphere and the convenient location near gas stations and grocery stores. Although it’s about an hour from the South Rim, the price made it well worth it. Lodging closer to the canyon tends to be much more expensive, so the commute wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Thank you to the owners for providing such a comfortable and thoughtful space. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Frank’ place. One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed. Great kitchen amenities and well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the game room and hot tub. It has great Mountain View and peaceful neighborhood. Frank was very helpful throughout our stay and super responsive host. We would definitely like to come back and stay here when we visit Grand Canyon next time. !!

I chose this location for astrophotography, due to its mostly cloudless Arizona skies and clear unobstructed views in all directions.. We were easily able to see and photograph the Milky Way with a phone. There is a neat little mudroom which is perfect for storing a telescope, tripod and other gear during the day. There is a view of Arizona's tallest mountain, Humphreys Peak, framed in the picture window in the great room. This is also the location of the Snowbowl ski resort. Flagstaff is a short drive away, a charming small town with many boutique restuarants It's the home of the Lowell Observatory where we were able to spend a day and see an evening presentation in an outdoor auditorium with heated seats. Meteor Crater, Grand Canyon south rim and many other sights are about an hour away. Andrew is a caring and responsive host, whose first house instruction is to drink lots of water due to the 7000 feet altitude and dry atmosphere. Great trip, thank you so much!

It was very clean!! We loved the restaurants in Williams. Pine Country was our favorite!!! The pie was delicious and huge portion. The kitchen was well stocked. It was easy to cook for seven people. The house is spacious!! My sons and husband drove 9 min to a park and found the best star gazing!! The Grand Canyon was amazing and only 52 min away! We were blessed to stay in Jazmin home.

Tolle Unterkunft die ungefähr eine Stunde vom Grand Canyon entfernt liegt. Wir haben die gut ausgestattete Küche und den tollen Aussenbereich sehr geschätzt. Ein grosses Plus sind Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das ganze Haus sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage ist zentral geschaltet und belüftet jedes Zimmer. Klare Empfehlung von der ganzen Familie.

La casa de Neil es muy cómoda, mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos, con todo lo que puedas pensar para pasar unos días estupendos. Es bonita, situada en un entorno tranquilo, cerca del centro de Williams. Nos ha encantado estar allí, además Williams es un buen punto de partida para visitar el Gran Cañón.

Loved pulling into the private garage on the property and then opening right into the home. Mark + Melissa did a phenomenal job with the views at this location, they are custom made to accentuate the mountain peaks and surrounding nature! we were in awe as we did morning yoga, sipping coffee, and feeling relaxed after staying the evening in those blissful beds. A++ and I know my partner would agree! Also kid friendly! ;) beautiful
