Luigi's flat has got everything you require and has the most stunning view on the balcony. Luigi has a very easy and informative check in and out process. The YouTube videos additionally information made the process easy. The location is Excellent, situated in a peaceful town, with pretty views of the lake and sorrounding towns. Bar Milano is very close which do a very nice pizza. However, the hill walk upto the location is a challenge. We turned to taxis (which does costly if you go up and down a lot) and a free night bus which operates 7pm-12pm which we found it only on the rare occasion. Overall experience was great! We wish to be back in the future.

A well-appointed apartment in a truly adorable part of Lezzano, steps away from the local pizzeria and the historic old town. Everything was great and we wished we had stayed here longer. But what really stood out was how truly kind and responsive Eros and Daniel were during our brief stay - from making us dinner reservations to clarifying where to park in the busier part of town, they responded in seconds to items big and small. And with much kindness as well.

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

Our absolutely favourite stay in Italy! Just loved the apartment and the surrounding gardens. Marzia was very welcoming and on arrival and gave us a grand tour of the total complex and gardens (which were absolutely stunning!!) The apartment was lovely, and very comfortable, and having an outdoor patio was definitely a bonus! It was very private and relaxing, but only a 20 minute walk into Bellagio tourist area There was a supermarket, and some lovely restaurants close by. Both Marzia and Lorenzo were great to liaize with and we loved our stay with them so much, that we are definitely returning next year

Incredible apartment, well equipped, very attentive host, short walk to the bakery and bus stop, beautiful balcony where we spent every evening, I would recommend this place to everyone!

We could not recommend Antonietta’s place enough! Not only was Antonietta incredibly welcoming and flexible for our late check-in, but she was on hand for our whole stay if we needed her, Antonietta was a highlight of our whole trip, her warm hospitality is unmatched! The place itself is beautiful, the view takes your breath away and a perfect base for exploring Menaggio. Antonietta gave us clear instructions for walking down into town which is really easy, however it is uphill on the way back! Everything was clean, the bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Perfect location for exploring Lake Como and quieter than the usual tourist hotspots. Don’t hesitate, this is the place to stay in Menaggio! Thank you so much Antonietta, we will be back!

We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming in the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. Gladly again!

We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view - simply breathtaking! 😍 The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating – you immediately felt welcome and in good hands. Everything was really thought of, so we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. An absolute feel-good place – we would love to come back and can recommend this accommodation from the heart! 💯🙏

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Valentina's apartment is very clean and beautiful. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic. We were there at the beginning of June and it was really quiet at night, you could sleep with the windows open. Everything is in walking distance. A parking space would be helpful, but you read in the description that there is no parking space and no air conditioning, so you know in advance. We would come back, for us it was the perfect, small apartment! 💖 Thank you Valentina! 🥰

Very nice accommodation with a large terrace. The only disadvantage is that it is directly on the main road and therefore relatively loud traffic noise.

Beautiful, very stylishly furnished apartment with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the countryside. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the terrace with a view is a great highlight. We can definitely recommend Matteo's apartment. The Airbnb is terrific. Just as described in the photos. The bedroom is very quiet and the bed is comfortable. Living room with kitchen very well equipped and the outdoor seating area nice and sunny. Bathroom with good shower and separate toilet. The garden and pool are wonderful. You have a lot of privacy. Parking is available. The hosts are extremely warm and yet withdrawn. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact them. It is a gem and highly recommended. We would come back here any time.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

You feel comfortable immediately, the beds were comfortable and the apartment very clean. The location is very quiet and the view was enchanting, especially the morning sun on the lake. Would book this Airbnb again in a heartbeat!

Super friendly landlady with very nice parents on site. The apartment is, as described, on foot about 20 minutes from the lake promenade. Gives a nice evening walk back after the restaurant visit. Lucrecia had recommended us some restaurants on request, which we all really liked. Cannobio is also simply a beautiful, cozy place with a great, inviting lake promenade.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
