The apartment is in a 1800s house that has been renovated over the years. This is a typical place with a wood-burning stove, the floors like the ceilings are made of wood. There is a staircase to access the bathroom. Independent entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. Public transportation stops are a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, you are required to notify the four foot friend when booking.

Small mountain cottage above Menzonio, reachable by car via the mountain road. Quiet and isolated place. From the parking lot to the house 150 meters on foot. The house offers a living area with kitchen, oven, fridge, fireplace, stove, TV for DVD, radio and CD and a sleeping area with a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, drying rack, and an attic with two beds, for children and boys. The house is stocked with books, comics, board games, films for rainy days.

Berghütte Arnau, Canton Tessin Maggiatal

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggia Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at 1000 m altitude. The cottage is within walking distance and requires a two hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and restful stay. Looking forward to seeing you. In the middle of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley, lies the Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico. The three-hundred-year-old house was extensively restored in 2021-2024 with the aim of preserving its character. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials when renovating with local craftsmen. The house is very high quality equipped with a modern kitchen and a modern bathroom and has a great garden.

Our caravan is located 1200 meters above sea level with a fantastic view of the entire valley and surrounding mountains. The caravan is located on a private road used only by us. There are a number of hiking opportunities around the village. The caravan is simply furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is located outside the caravan ca. 100 m away in a building. Piano di Campo can be reached by bus.
